Regular shuttles whisk you effortlessly to Park City Mountain Village, Canyons Village, Deer Valley Resort, and the historic Main Street transit center, where you can hop on the free Main Street Trolley. For those driving, 4-wheel drive or snow tires are strongly recommended during winter conditions.
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire 2,499-square-foot condominium, including the private hot tub, outdoor gas fireplace, private patios and balconies, gas grill, and in-unit washer and dryer. Guests also enjoy 2 designated covered parking spaces located in the building 3 garage, with elevator access directly to the third floor. In addition, guests have full access to shared Silver Star community amenities, including the heated outdoor swimming pool, sauna, fitness center, ski-in/ski-out access to the Silver Star chairlift, and the on-site clubhouse.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. A Note on Shared Amenities: Please keep in mind that these spaces are operated by the HOA. Because of this, they are subject to seasonal availability—common seasonal closures may include April-May and Sept-Nov—and we can't be held responsible for unexpected closures or repairs.
