Our condo puts you right in the heart of Park City’s world-renowned ski culture. Located along Park Avenue, you are just moments away from the slopes at Park City Mountain and Deer Valley Resort. After a day on the powder, explore the vibrant après-ski scene along historic Main Street, where you will find award-winning restaurants, cozy alpine bars, local art galleries, and boutique shopping. During the winter months, the surrounding area comes alive with festive mountain events, horse-drawn sleigh rides, and easy access to winter sports. Whether you are visiting for peak ski season, snowboarding, or one of the winter festivals, our neighborhood provides the perfect blend of mountain excitement and cozy residential comfort.
Getting around during the summer months is effortless. The free Park City bus system stops on the main road right outside the complex, taking you straight to Main Street, local parks, trailheads, and shopping centers. Guests have access to first-come, first-served parking for 1 vehicle in the shared lot. Beautiful weather and paved multi-use paths also make walking and road cycling popular ways to explore the neighborhood.
Guests will have access to the entire condo, private deck, shared community hot tub, and 1 unassigned parking space in the shared parking lot on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates. Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. Please note guests must climb stairs to get to the front door of the property. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. A Note on Shared Amenities: Please keep in mind that these spaces are operated by the HOA. Because of this, they are subject to seasonal availability—common seasonal closures may include April-May and Sept-Nov—and we can't be held responsible for unexpected closures or repairs. If you are booking specifically for a shared amenity, please feel free to reach out with any questions in advance!
