Guests have access to the entire home, the shared hot tub, and 2 parking spaces—1 in the garage and 1 uncovered with an HOA pass. Laundry is private and located in-unit.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates. Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

The location was great, close to trails and restaurants. The host was very responsive and promptly addressed issues with the RO filter in the unit. Would recommend.

Had a great stay here! It was so convenient for skiing as it was a ski in / ski out spot and that was very worth it for us. This spot had everything we needed for a ski trip and to cook a few meals. It was very comfortable, clean, and the host was great with communication. I would definitely come back to stay here again.

Great spot close to downtown PC , can walk to restaurants and bars. We had a toddler and they provided an inflatable bed for him upon request. Host very responsive and friendly, unit had everything we needed.
