For ski enthusiasts, the Payday Express Lift is only a 5-minute walk from the condo's entrance, offering direct access to Park City's top ski runs and world-class resorts.
Guests will have access to the entire home, private patio, shared hot tub, community pool, and on-site laundry facilities. Free parking is available for 1 vehicle with a parking pass. Please note the garage clearance is 6'3”, and larger vehicles can park in designated spots near the garage entrance.
Please note that, like most homes in Park City, this home does not have A/C. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. A Note on Shared Amenities: Please keep in mind that these spaces are operated by the HOA. Because of this, they are subject to seasonal availability—common seasonal closures may include April-May and Sept-Nov—and we can't be held responsible for unexpected closures or repairs. Easy access to base mountain parking lot and lodges/shops. 15min walk to Main Street and all the restaurants/shops. Easy access in/out of town if you’re going skiing elsewhere for the day or taking an excursion to other parks/trails/towns/resorts.

Cozy, Comfortable and Conveniently located Condo in Park City: \nPark City Condo was a wonderful stay from start to finish. The host was welcoming, delightful, incredibly responsive, and went above and beyond to be accommodating. Communication was seamless, and they made our family feel truly welcome before we arrived with helpful links to restaurants, attractions and Holiday activities around town! \nThe condominium itself was spotless, beautifully maintained and decorated and exactly as described. Perfect for our family of four! The location was ideal for our snowboarding memories; walking distance to the lifts and the FREE Park City bus system! Everything about the property worked flawlessly.\nWe would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place in the Park City area.
