This condo boasts an incredible location, just minutes from all the action at Park City Mountain Resort. With incredible access to the ski lifts at Park City Mountain Resort, you can be out your front door and on the slopes in mere minutes. Or take your outdoor adventure to the hiking trails and explore one of several beautiful trails all less than a five-minute drive away such as the popular Armstrong Trail, SilverSpur, and Dawn’s Trail. The Park City Golf Club is also a few steps away, should you decide to play a round or two with your loved ones. Park City's Main Street Historic District is just a short 15-minute bus ride away, connecting you to various eateries, breweries, museums, shopping, and other unique entertainment options. Unlimited access to world-class ski resorts, hiking trails, local markets, and other unique festivities are at your fingertips.
You can’t beat the location of this cozy condo, located just steps from the slopes at Park City Mountain Resort! Only a 1-minute drive or a 4-minute walk, world-class skiing is right outside your door. If you're looking to explore the city, multiple Park City Transit bus routes are nearby with Park City Mountain stop a 3-minute walk from the condo giving quick access to all of the main attractions and additional ski lifts in the area. The Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around historic downtown. Uber/Lyft are always available.
Guests will have access to the entire home, a range of shared amenities such as an indoor/outdoor pool and fitness center, and 1 parking spot.
The complex is currently undergoing the install of a new roof. Noise during the day and scaffolding may be present during your stay. This work is set to be completed by the end of October. Please note that, like most homes in Park City, this home does not have A/C. In addition, this home is on the 3rd floor of the building and only has stair access. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

Really a fantastic unit - I typically stay for at least a week in hotels or STRs and this unit and property in particular is a perfect combo. Property location is very convenient and walkable, however set back a block so there's no road noise. The room itself while on the 3rd floor is technically just a single flight of stairs up from the entrance which means we never had to use the elevator. Right next to the pool and fitness center yet not so close that other guests enjoying the pool ever disturbed us. Will definitely be back!

We had a few (very minor) hiccups when we arrived, but the LocalVR team was very responsive and took care of the issues immediately. No need to get into details - just know that LocalVR took care of us.

Walking distance to skiing and the room is next door to the sauna and swimming area. It is a very nice room.

We were in town for Sundance which saw us in a prime location to get almost everywhere on foot. My wife was able to enjoy some skiing for a couple of those days and found it easy to get up and around the mountain. The building has great amenities featuring a very helpful front desk. I'd happily stay here again.
