The open kitchen and dining area make it easy to gather, whether you’re fueling up for a ski day or enjoying a relaxed evening in. With three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a thoughtful layout across two living levels, the home comfortably accommodates families, couples, and small groups. Guests can walk to Main Street and Town Lift. Ride-share services and local buses are also available. Parking is provided on-site with space for three vehicles. Note: Do not park in neighboring unit's designated spaces.
Guests have access to the entire home, including the garage, driveway, and private patio. A garage clicker is provided inside the home for convenient in-and-out access.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates . Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

Great location, close to main street, close to all the resorts, we could MTB right from the house to where we wanted to go. Bus stop is across the road, free buses already park City and the surrounds.

This home offers the absolute best of both worlds! Being just one block from Main Street made walking to dinners and shops incredibly easy, yet the property itself felt like a private, peaceful sanctuary. The layout is exceptionally spacious, giving everyone in our group plenty of room to stretch out and unpack. But beware there are a lot of stairs! After busy days exploring Park City, the living areas and cozy setup provided the ultimate relaxing environment. Highly recommend this place! Hope to come back again
