In the summer, Mountain Village transforms into an outdoor haven filled with wildflower hikes, mountain biking, championship golf, and iconic music festivals. Access scenic trails directly from our private gate or take the gondola into town for world-famous events like the Telluride Bluegrass Festival, Telluride Film Festival, and local farmers markets.
Getting around in the summer is simple and picturesque. The free Gondola offers 360-degree views of the San Juan Mountains while transporting you between Mountain Village and downtown Telluride. Hiking and biking trails begin right at your doorstep, and the property provides on-site parking for 3 vehicles (1 in the garage and 2 in the driveway).
Guests have full, private access to the entire home, including the private hot tub, outdoor deck, washer/dryer, direct ski trail access gate, and garage/driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles. There is a small loft area for homeowner storage that is not accessible to guests.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. Please note the gondola and chondola are closed seasonally and for maintenance that is outside of our control. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn't snowed in a few days.

Amazing views and place to stay. When the kids got tired we went back and just hung out until dinner. Couldn’t ask for a better weekend getaway with the family

The place was great. It had everything we needed and was exactly as described. We had a problem with the oven and I reached out to the owners and they responded quickly with a solution. I reached my stair count goal each day. The shower options were awesome. I would stay there again.

We had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Mountain Village is a beautiful area, and the location was great for exploring Telluride. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!

Awesome home! Caught the peak fall colors right from the deck, and the mountain views were unbelievable. The layout gave us plenty of space, and hitting the private hot tub and steam room after a day exploring Telluride was unbeatable. The kitchen was fully stocked, the gas fireplace kept the living room cozy, and having garage parking and easy gondola access made getting around seamless. 5 stars all around. Definitely coming back for ski season!!!
