This home is located in the prestigious Mountain Village, offering a serene atmosphere with breathtaking mountain views. In the winter, enjoy unparalleled ski-in/ski-out access to some of the best terrain in the country. During the summer months, the area transforms into a hiker's paradise with scenic trails and outdoor concerts. You are just a short distance from local boutiques, fine dining, and the vibrant energy of the village core.
A car is recommended for exploring the wider region, though the property is conveniently located on a free bus and shuttle line. The unit offers one assigned parking space in an underground garage with a height clearance of 7'5". For those arriving without a vehicle or looking to skip the drive, the shuttle system provides easy access to nearby attractions and resorts.
Guests will have access to the entire condominium, a private balcony, and a private ski locker. Parking is available for 1 vehicle in the assigned space within the underground garage.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates. Ski-in/out access may be affected. Please note Chondola/Gondola may be closed for seasonal or standard repairs outside of our control. Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It had some hiccups but overall we loved this condo. Awesome location, can’t beat it! Get off and on the gondolas easily! The unit was stocked with everything you need. The fridge and freezer were broken which was a bummer with young kids. The maintenance team was very responsive but in the end weren’t able to fix the issue during our stay. Overall would recommend!

Location is great- which unfortunately leads to several things getting overlooked at the property. Fridge was out the entire week, only one TV worked, pots and pans are beat, and use the washer with caution. Beds are comfy and the location is obviously difficult to beat, but you’ll come away wondering why you paid that much with all the little details missing.
