This home is located in the heart of prestigious Mountain Village, offering breathtaking mountain views and direct access to everything the area has to offer. In the winter, enjoy unparalleled ski-in/ski-out access to premier terrain. During summer, step out your front door to scenic hiking trails and outdoor concerts. Location & Atmosphere Note: Being steps from local boutiques, fine dining, and vibrant nightlife means you are right in the center of the action. Because the property sits in the village core near popular local dining and nightlife spots, guests should expect ambient street noise and music during evenings and weekend hours.
A car is recommended for exploring the wider region, though the property is conveniently located on a free bus and shuttle line. The unit offers one assigned parking space in an underground garage with a height clearance of 7'5". For those arriving without a vehicle or looking to skip the drive, the shuttle system provides easy access to nearby attractions and resorts.
Guests will have access to the entire condominium, a private balcony, and a private ski locker. Parking is available for 1 vehicle in the assigned space within the underground garage. Steam showers are currently unavailable.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates. Ski-in/out access may be affected. Please note Chondola/Gondola may be closed for seasonal or standard repairs outside of our control. Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

This location is located on the edge of Mountain Village, with access for pretty much everything at your fingertips. The gondola to Telly and the gondola up to the Mountain Village Market (& start of the disc golf course!) is a couple minute walk out the front door. You have all of the restaurants and vibes of Mountain Village right outside your door, and can jump into Telly with ease at any point in time. The parking garage was a nice feature under the building, although your location is so great, a vehicle is not even needed. Depending on the time of year, there can be some outside noise at Poacher's Pub across the way so just kick the provided box fans on for noise and you'll be good. The kitchen is fully furnished so cooking is a breeze and laundry inside the unit was key.
