Located in the heart of Mountain Village, this ski-in/ski-out condo offers direct access to the slopes and lifts. Walk or ski to the Chondola and Lift 10, and enjoy upscale mountain charm with shops, restaurants, and gondola rides into downtown Telluride. In summer, hit nearby trails or golf with panoramic alpine views.
A vehicle is not required in ski season thanks to direct lift access and the free gondola. In warmer months, a car is helpful for exploring regional hiking, biking, and scenic byways. Dial-A-Ride shuttle service is available as well.
Guests have access to the entire home, including private laundry, a deck with mountain views, and a gas grill. Parking is available for 1 vehicle in the driveway. Garage not included for guest parking.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates. Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. A Note on Shared Amenities: Please keep in mind that these spaces are operated by the HOA. Because of this, they are subject to seasonal availability—common seasonal closures may include April-May and Sept-Nov—and we can't be held responsible for unexpected closures or repairs. Great location with stunning views of the Sneffels Range and the village. Woke up to elk feeding right outside the condo. The village and the gondola are an easy walk, we didn't use the car with exception of a trip to the village market. It would be nice if the condo's garage was available for a car. There is no free overnight parking that we could find. We had to park one of our two cars in the Gondola Parking deck. The hot tub, locked up tight, would be a feature to have available. Overall a great stay. We would rent the unit again.

This place was great! It was spacious and cozy. It was close to shops and restaurants. Everything was within walking distance and had quick access to the gondola. The bathrooms were spotless and stocked with essential items. The AC worked well and the windows provided good air circulation. The beds and bunk beds were comfortable. The hot tub was out of order but that didn’t take away from the fun the place provided. Overall this place was great. We would love to return!
