After an exhilarating day on the mountain, immerse yourself in the vibrant aprés-ski scene, whether sipping craft cocktails around village fire pits or enjoying fireside fine dining. For an expanded selection of boutique shopping, historic saloons, and award-winning eateries, hop on the complimentary gondola connecting Mountain Village directly to historic downtown Telluride. The 13-minute scenic ride operates late into the night, offering panoramic vistas across the snow-capped box canyon without the need for winter driving.
A car is not required during your stay thanks to Mountain Village's world-renowned transit connectivity. The property is located directly across the street from the Village Market and the Mountain Village Gondola Station, providing free, seamless transit between the village and downtown Telluride until midnight. Local winter shuttle buses also stop just across the street at the market plaza, while the home features true ski-in/ski-out access for effortless days on the slopes. For guests arriving with a vehicle, 1 designated underground parking space is provided in the heated on-site garage.
Guests have private access to the entire single-level condominium, including the private deck with gas barbecue grill and the in-unit washer and dryer. Guests also have exclusive use of 1 designated parking space (space #14) in the shared underground parking garage and a private ski locker. Guests enjoy shared community access to the Lorian clubhouse, fitness center on the first floor, shared 10-person hot tub, and the shared outdoor swimming pool (summer only).
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ and gondola/chondola opening and closing dates. Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. A Note on Shared Amenities: Please keep in mind that these spaces are operated by the HOA. Because of this, the shared pool is available in summer only, the shared hot tub is open year-round, and we can't be held responsible for unexpected closures or repairs. If you are booking specifically for a shared amenity, please feel free to reach out with any questions in advance!
