Our quiet residential neighborhood offers a scenic mountain backdrop just moments from the heart of Breckenridge. Summer turns the area into an outdoor playground, where you can lace up your boots to visit "Isak Heartstone," the famous 15-foot wooden trail troll, or tackle extensive mountain biking networks like the Peaks Trail. Just a short drive away, Lake Dillon offers endless water recreation including boating, kayaking, and vibrant lakeside dining at the Frisco or Dillon Marinas.
A vehicle is recommended to easily access nearby trails and parks, and our property accommodates group travel with private garage and driveway parking for up to 6 vehicles. For effortless trips to town without worrying about summer parking fees, you can walk to the nearby public transit routes or drive into town to utilize the FREE Breck Free Ride bus system that connects you to shopping, dining, and outdoor attractions throughout Breckenridge.
Guests will have private access to the entire main home, including the laundry room, deck, and parking facilities. Please note there is an attached accessory dwelling unit (ADU) on the premises with a permanent tenant. The tenant has a separate entrance and 2 dedicated parking spaces that do not overlap with guest parking.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates. Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. A Note on Pet Fees: This property is pet friendly and welcomes your dogs for an additional fee of 150 per pet.
