This condo is within walking distance to Crested Butte Mountain Resort and located on the local shuttle line, giving guests hassle-free transportation into downtown or to nearby attractions. A car is not required for ski access, but may be helpful for exploring the surrounding area.
Guests have access to the entire unit, private patio, and shared hot tub located on the back deck of the building. Free parking is available in the shared lot with a required pass (provided inside the unit).
- Shared hot tub will not be available 5/18/26 – 6/01/26 for seasonal maintenance. - Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. - 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. - Pets are not allowed due to HOA rules.

Great main level, end unit, close to parking lot area. Beautiful view while sipping coffee out on the patio / hot tub area. I would rebook here just for the shower! Very comfortable beds.

Great hosts, very responsive. Walkable (1min) to the bus stop. Nice large hot tub. Extremely well stocked kitchen, if you plan to cook this place is perfect. Would book again.

We enjoyed our time here. Walkable distance to the hill. It’s about an 8 minute walk from the shuttle dropoff at night which was a little cold and snowey but we managed. The furniture and beds were comfortable & everything worked well. Check out time is at 10am which is earlier than I expected but was manageable. Hot tub often had other residents in it but we did manage to get in for a little bit. Overall, this was a nice place & would recommend to others.
