This home is located in a quiet Silverthorne neighborhood surrounded by alpine scenery and quick access to multiple outdoor activities. In winter, guests can hit the slopes at Keystone, Copper, or Breckenridge—all within a short drive. Summer offers hiking, paddleboarding on Lake Dillon, concerts at Dillon Amphitheater, and local festivals in nearby Frisco.
A car is recommended for this property. There is no public transit or shuttle access nearby, but the home is a short drive to I-70, making it easy to reach surrounding towns and resorts.
Guests will have full access to the entire home, garage, driveway, hot tub, grill, laundry, game area, and outdoor spaces. All amenities are private and not shared with other units.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates. Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

Great house! The house was perfect for our group of 10. Plenty of space to hang together but also enough room to spread out. Kids loved the basement with the pool table, bunk room and outside hot tub. The location was great- quiet neighborhood, walking trails nearby, great restaurants close by, lots of wildlife in the backyard and easy to access the highway. Pictures and descriptions are all accurate. Host was very responsive to all our questions and items that needed to be fixed during our stay.

Our family enjoyed the space for our vacation. Plenty of space, the couches and beds were comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the deck outside and playing pool in the basement. Easy to find & centrally located near cute and popular towns like Frisco, Idaho Springs & Breckenridge. Would come again!

Incredibly accommodating to issues we had on the trip. Only feedback is that new pillows for beds may be needed. Overall, we had a tough trip, but that did not have anything to do with the host and they actually made our trip better.
