Welcome to our luxurious and modern mountain chalet with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and spacious enough for 8 guests. The home is within minutes of Breckenridge, biking/hiking trails and Mt. Quandary. This newly built home has a southwest facing wall of windows that lights up the inside of the home and provides panoramic views of Mt. Quandary. The home is on 1.6 acres and surrounded by trees making it very private and secluded. The home is ideal for families and groups of friends!
This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury home can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. The upper level of the house is highlighted by the kitchen, dining room and living room that share an open concept. The kitchen is stunning and is fully stocked with everything a group needs to prepare meals at home. The kitchen has plenty of countertop space and brand-new stainless-steel appliances. The dining table has seating for 8 and there are 4 additional seats at the breakfast bar. There is a bathroom with a shower off of the kitchen. The living room has plenty of seating, comfortable furniture, a mounted flat screen TV, and gas fireplace. The living room and kitchen have access to the deck, which has a gas grill, outdoor seating, and fantastic mountain views. The upper level of the home has the master suite, which has a king bed, small desk, flat screen TV, access to the deck, and an en suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The lower level of the home has the remaining two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed, small desk, and a TV. The second bedroom is the bunk room and it has two sets of twin over twin bunk beds. There is one bathroom on this floor and it has a shower/tub. The lower level also has a living room with nice furniture and a mounted flat screen TV. Lastly, there is a large mudroom with a washer/dryer and access to the attached two car garage. The home also has a private hot tub with great mountain views for guests to enjoy! Please note that like most homes in Breckenridge, we do not have A/C. Blue River STR License number: LR21-000015
Once you leave the home adventure awaits in every direction! A short drive will bring you to Wheeler, Bemrose, McCullough Gulch, and Quandary Trails for hiking or mountain biking among pine trees, along creeks, and into the mountains. A short drive up Route 9 brings you to downtown Breckenridge, where you can take in the many splendors of this old mountain town. Breckenridge is a hub of culture with festivals, dining, and shopping experiences, and of course the world famous ski resort.
During the winter months (October-May) guests will need 4WD or chains to access the property safely. Uber and Lyft are available as well.
Guests will have access to the entire home, the attached two car garage, driveway and the hot tub.
Guests may park 2 vehicles in the garage and 2 in the driveway. The garage has a 7' clearance and will not fit large trucks or luggage carriers. Please note that the tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is just chemically treated, but sometimes it has to be drained and refilled. Because of this, please note that the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay. As such, if you wish to use it, please ensure you turn it on and turn up the temperature when you arrive. Be sure to keep the cover closed at all times when the tub is not in use! Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

Great spot for relaxing and enjoying the view with quick access to many local trails and Breck downtown. Good wildlife spotting. Comfortable beds. The flashing light in the neighboring apartment is real. A bit annoying and easily ignored, but once you notice it, it will bother you. This light is well out of local code, so they should sort this out immediately legally or not (I will let them know in the non public review). It is unbelievable anyone would want this light operating like this...very odd.

This was the perfect place for my birthday trip. It was easy to find and close to Main Street. We had an issue with the WiFi, and they got it fixed the next day. The host responded to messages quickly as well. My guests also enjoyed the space. Everything really looked exactly like the photos.

Great property. House and area was beautiful and peaceful. Loved the big open living room and kitchen area. Hot tub was an extra nice bonus. Great communication with the host. Easy check-in. They offered a ton of resources for the area. The house was ready 2 hrs early so they let us check in early. Didn’t even have to ask. Loved our stay.
