A modern retreat with a stunning location, this 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo awaits your arrival. Nestled amongst mature trees, with a quiet forest view, the private outdoor balcony of this home is the perfect place to take in a breath of fresh mountain air, while stargazing and reminiscing your fun adventures of the day. The living room also offers plenty of comfort with a lovely pull-out sectional sofa and a plush armchair seating, where you and your loved ones can cozy up with a good book, a warm blanket, and a cup of hot cocoa to help unwind for the night. There is also a large flat-screen TV, should you decide to watch a show or two for some quality bonding time with your family. Guests will appreciate the modern kitchen fully equipped with everything you'll need to prepare a scrumptious meal for everyone during your stay. Enjoy your dinner in the dining area with enough seating for the entire group. Super soft and cozy blankets on the lovely queen-size bed await in the main bedroom, where you can recharge for the night, ready to go for tomorrow's adventures. Guests staying in this room will also have ample closet space, and a full bathroom directly across the hall with single vanity, and a beautiful modern walk-in shower. For a truly relaxing experience, guests can make their way to the community hot tub, where you can enjoy a tranquil and warm space. This condo has an amazing location steps away from the heart of downtown Breckenridge. Conveniently situated in the historic district, you are within walking distance of everything that Breck has to offer. Take a stroll and discover local markets, restaurants, breweries, museums, and many other unique entertainment options all a stone's throw away. A distinctive feature of this condo is that it is located near the creek area; guests will be able to ski up to the condo building when it freezes during the winter months. Unlimited access to mountain adventures are all within a few minutes of this condo, with Snowflake lift 0.3 miles away -- this stunning location ensures that all of Breck is at your fingertips.
From the lovely condo, you can easily walk to all of the main attractions and ski lifts in the area. Snowflake lift, the nearest lift to the condo, is within a 5-minute walk -- a gateway to endless skiing options and some of the best ski runs in Breckenridge. Multiple bus routes are available, with Ski Hill Condos bus stop less than a 2-minute walk, and will take you to all of the main attractions in Summit County. The Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around historic downtown. Uber/Lyft are always available.
Guest will have access to the entire home, a private outdoor balcony, and a shared hot tub. You will also have access to free parking on the premises.
Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. The outdoor hot tub is open year-round from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the Rental Property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged to guests if smoking inside Rental Property occurs or evidence is found of smoking inside. 2. People other than included in the Guest Count may not stay in the property. Any other person on Rental Property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. Quiet Hours are 10pm – 8am. Excessive noise inside these hours are not permitted and will result in eviction and cancellation with no refund. 4. Rental Property is privately owned; Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the Rental Property or its facilities. The Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest and Rental Party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that Guests and Rental Party are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the Rental Property or others whom they invite to use the Rental Property. 5. Guest agrees to keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses. 6. Pets are not allowed unless Owner/Manager approves the Guest request before Check In Date, pet fees may apply. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged and the Guest will be evicted. 7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property unless used for amenities outside the property such as shared hot tub and pool areas. Please return the linens in the Property after use. 8. Water and Septic: The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you will be charged for any damages incurred by Property Manager or Owner. 9. Renter(s) are responsible for themselves, their family and guests at all times. Children should be supervised at all times. 10. If Rental Party exceeds the maximum occupancy Guest will be asked to leave the Rental Property with no refunds. Infants under 2 years are not counted. 11. At least one parent or adult must be present at all times when children under the age of 16 are in the Rental Property or using any of outdoor facilities such as Hot Tub. 12. Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for money, jewelry, or other valuables lost, stolen, or left behind in the Rental Property, but will use their best effort to remedy the situation. 13. No rowdy behavior is permitted. Guests must behave at all times, in a reasonable and proper manner and act in a way as to protect the Rental Property, its contents and furnishings against damage. Failure to do so could result in eviction. 14. No subletting of the Rental Property or assigning of this agreement is permitted. 15. Please note that we charge per guest after a set number. Please provide the entire group count in your reservation request. If an update to the group count is needed after confirming the reservation, the reservation cost may increase. 16. Guest must obtain approval prior to checking in early or check out late. If Guest enter the Rental Property before agreed upon Check In Time or leave the Rental Property after agreed upon Check Out Time, Guest will be charged $50/half hour. 17. Guest is responsible to learn and understand any mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19 before confirming a reservation. 18. Guest agrees to follow all local, state and federal level mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19. Violations that result in fines based on Guests' actions will be passed on to the Guest. 19. Guest agrees that they are 25 years of age or older. 20. If applicable, Guest may be responsible for loss of any parking passes/permits in amounts up to $400 per pass/permit. 21. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are not allowed unless explicitly approved by Owner/Manager. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged to the Guest and Guest will be evicted.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Breckenridge condo and can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment we walked in, everything exceeded expectations — the place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had that perfect mix of comfort and mountain charm. The location is unbeatable. Whether you’re hitting the slopes, heading into town for dinner, or just taking in the views, everything is incredibly convenient. We loved how easy it was to get around without any stress. The condo itself was incredibly well stocked with everything we needed from the kitchen to the living spaces, and it truly felt like a home away from home. After long days on the mountain, it was the perfect place to relax and recharge. Communication with the host was excellent — responsive, helpful, and thoughtful throughout our stay. Overall, this was one of our favorite trips to Breckenridge, and this condo played a big part in that. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone.

This place is a cozy apartment, which though small, was clean and well furnished and supplied. For the price, the apartment was in a good location, close to a shuttle stop to the slopes, and walkable to downtown in 10 minutes. One quibble here: it was hard to control the heat in the apartment, and I see that other reviewers have noted this. We turned the thermostat down to 60 degrees, but the heat wouldn't quit. In the main room, I was able to help this by opening the balcony door, but in the back bedroom, the window was sealed shut, and my daughter was still a little hot. All that said, I'd stay here again. Hosts were very cordial and responsive, and check-in was easy, check-out totally hassle-free.

small place, but accurately shown in listing. bed is soft, bedroom was pretty hot. all in all a good spot for the 2 of us and ability to walk to skiing and ski out directly was nice. was convenient to load in and out from front door.
