Magnolia Cottages by the Sea is a small, discreet neighborhood tucked away between Seagrove and Alys Beaches. It is close to everything, but still offers the comforts of a beach vacation coupled with a quiet getaway.
Guests can access all of the home and share access to the pool and deeded beach access.
A Note on Shared Amenities: Please keep in mind that these spaces are operated by the HOA. Because of this, they are subject to seasonal availability—common seasonal closures may include April-May and Sept-Nov—and we can't be held responsible for unexpected closures or repairs. If you are booking specifically for a shared amenity, please feel free to reach out with any questions in advance!

Great, spacious beach house. Well stocked, very quiet and relaxing. Short walk to the beach or pool. The beach across the street is a private beach and so you have to pay $70/day for a set of chairs and umbrella. It’s also a steep set of stairs which makes bringing supplies a little more challenging if you have kids. There are a lot of nice public beaches and state parks nearby that you can drive to that are free or less than $5 per day.

We had a wonderful week here! The kids loved the bunk room, we spent mornings and evenings on the screened in porch. They had a nice stock of beach toys and a wagon available for our use as well! We enjoyed the boogie boards for the beach and noodles for the pool. I got mixed up and couldn’t find where they referenced having bikes available so we ended up renting some. All around great trip! We would love to go back!
