You’re bound to have an epic mountain getaway when everything you need is supplied! If you’re staying in the summer, rafting, hiking, and biking will keep you satisfied.

The Peak 7 area boasts many activities that are unique and great for venturing out of the house! Check out Main Street in Breckenridge for dining, shopping, and summer festivities. The Blue River that winds throughout town has a scenic walking path, perfect for sightseeing. Then, take the gondola to Breckenridge Fun Park during the summer, complete with zip lines and canopy tours. Finally, Prize Box Cross Country Ski Trail, a 2.1-mile loop trail with moderate traffic is good for all skill levels. Go for a walk or for a hike any time from April through September.
This is a high alpine environment with difficult driving conditions, especially in the winter. All-wheel drive or four-wheel drive with snow tires is highly recommended. Downtown Breck and Breck Gondola parking is approximately 2.5 miles away. Complimentary in-town shuttle operates from November 1 to April 31 during peak ski hours. Shuttle Service Hours: 7:30 am to 5:30 pm. Additional shuttles and Uber/Lyft can be purchased separately.

Please note that the tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is just chemically treated, but sometimes it has to be drained and refilled. Because of this, please note that the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. Please note that like most homes in Breckenridge, we do not have A/C.

What an amazing home!! Our group of 8 have stayed here before and it was an amazing stay just like last time. The hosts are awesome and quick to respond. The house is as listed with 9 bedrooms and lots of space! Can’t wait to come back to Breck and stay here again!

We had a great time in Breckenridge with extended family. This house was perfect for our larger group. Lots of space to get away for some alone time when needed but a great open space to hang out with the family. The view from all the windows were breathtaking especially from the kitchen and living room. Would definitely recommend this home to others.

We had a great time and the house was everything it was advertised to be. There was a ton of space, everyone had privacy, something for everyone. Lots of games for kids and of course a fabulous game room. The views were unbelievable. Large heated garage kept the vehicles free of snow and warm. Only 5 minutes from the grocery store. 6 minutes from the gondola. Also check-in was easy and the pre-arrival instructions were very useful. Would definitely go back again.
