Welcome to this one-bedroom condo that enjoys one of the best locations in all of Breckenridge! The condo sleeps 5 and the location is ideal any time of the year. The Quicksilver chairlift is right behind the condo, making access to the slopes quick and easy. The shops and restaurants on Main St. are a quick walk away. The amenities include a swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, garage parking, and a ski valet. This is an ideal option for small groups looking to enjoy everything Breck has to offer!
This one bedroom, one bathroom condo can accommodate up to 5 guests. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, and the bathroom has a walk-in shower and a jacuzzi tub. The family room, dining room, and kitchen share an open concept. The family room has a gas fireplace, comfortable furniture, and access to a small balcony. There are 2 pull out couches in the living room. One couch pulls out for an option for up to two people to relax as a queen, and the other is a twin sized pull out couch. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a meal and there is a dining table with seating for six. The amenities at Main St. Station are some of the best in Breckenridge. Guests will be able to use the swimming pool, hot tubs, sauna and ski valet. The condo comes with one covered parking spot. There is a free bus stop at the entrance of Main St. Station so a car is not required. Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, we do not have A/C. Breckenridge STR License Number:429140001
Main St. Station is located just off of the intersection of Main Street and Park Avenue in downtown Breckenridge. The location is between the Quicksilver Peak 9 ski lift at the Village and Main Street. The best part about Main St. Station is that it is within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants on Main Street!
From the condo, you can walk to the ski lift, restaurants, bars, shops, and even the grocery store. The local Breckenridge Free Ride Bus has a stop for the Blue and Brown routes at the entrance of Main Street Station. Uber/Lyft is also available.
Guests have access to the entire 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condominium and one garage parking space. Guests also have access to the building amenities including the indoor pool, sauna, hot tubs, and ski valet.
Please provide an accurate guest count prior to booking. Rates vary throughout the week and season and by a number of guests. It's important that your guest count is accurate, so we can be sure the home is adequately prepared and stocked for your stay. Front desks are available only for check-in and check-out purposes. They can assist with questions related to amenities such as hot tubs and directions around the complex. The front desk cannot assist with maintenance or cleaning related issues. Please note the Pool Closure for maintenance and warranty work from September 26th to October 10th. Note that the Grand Central Building "A" Elevators are temporarily out of service by May 13-June 14. Vacasa Mainstreet Station will have some luggage assistance capabilities available during peak check in and check out times. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. Please note, the hot tubs and pool are available daily, while the steam room and fitness center are open 24/7. "We want to inform you of upcoming changes regarding resort and parking fees at Water House, effective May 1, 2025. Resort Fees $25 per night for paying guests. Reservations made before March 15, 2025, for stays after May 1, will not be subject to this fee. If your reservation qualifies for exemption, please ensure your rental management company notifies MSS Management before March 15. Parking Fees $35 per night for paying guests. Guests can pay for parking via the Breck Park website, app, or onsite kiosk in the garage. Reservations made before March 15, 2025, for stays after May 1, will not be charged this fee. Owner Exemptions Homeowners will not be charged resort or parking fees. To ensure smooth access, owners should register their license plate and state with MSS Management. If using a rental car, details can be provided at check-in. More details will be shared as we approach the implementation date. 1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the Rental Property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged to guests if smoking inside Rental Property occurs or evidence is found of smoking inside. 2. People other than included in the Guest Count may not stay in the property. Any other person on Rental Property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. Quiet Hours are 10pm – 8am. Excessive noise inside these hours are not permitted and will result in eviction and cancellation with no refund. 4. Rental Property is privately owned; Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the Rental Property or its facilities. The Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest and Rental Party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that Guests and Rental Party are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the Rental Property or others whom they invite to use the Rental Property. 5. Guest agrees to keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses. 6. Pets are not allowed. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged and Guest will be evicted. 7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property unless used for amenities outside the property such as shared hot tub and pool areas. Please return the linens in the Property after use. 8. Water and Septic: The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you will be charged for any damages incurred by Property Manager or Owner. 9. Renter(s) are responsible for themselves, their family and guests at all times. Children should be supervised at all times. 10. If Rental Party exceeds the maximum occupancy Guest will be asked to leave the Rental Property with no refunds. Infants under 2 years are not counted. 11. At least one parent or adult must be present at all times when children under the age of 16 are in the Rental Property or using any of outdoor facilities such as Hot Tub. 12. Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for money, jewelry, or other valuables lost, stolen, or left behind in the Rental Property, but will use their best effort to remedy the situation. 13. No rowdy behavior is permitted. Guests must behave at all times, in a reasonable and proper manner and act in a way as to protect the Rental Property, its contents and furnishings against damage. Failure to do so could result in eviction. 14. No subletting of the Rental Property or assigning of this agreement is permitted. 15. Please note that we charge per guest after a set number. Please provide the entire group count in your reservation request. If an update to the group count is needed after confirming the reservation, the reservation cost may increase. 16. Guest must obtain approval prior to checking in early or check out late. If Guest enter the Rental Property before agreed upon Check In Time or leave the Rental Property after agreed upon Check Out Time, Guest will be charged $50/half hour. 17. Guest is responsible to learn and understand any mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19 before confirming a reservation. 18. Guest agrees to follow all local, state and federal level mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19. Violations that result in fines based on Guests' actions will be passed on to the Guest. 19. Guest agrees that they are 25 years of age or older. 20. If applicable, Guest may be responsible for loss of any parking passes/permits in amounts up to $400 per pass/permit. 21. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are not allowed unless explicitly approved by Owner/Manager. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged to the Guest and Guest will be evicted.
