This home is situated directly on Main Street in Park City’s Historic District. You’ll find dining, shops, galleries, and year-round events right outside the door. In the winter, you're just steps from the Town Lift for ski access to Park City Mountain Resort. In the summer, hiking and biking trails, art festivals, and concerts make this a perfect year-round destination.
The property is walkable to everything on Main Street and across the street from the Town Lift. A free Park City bus stop is nearby for access to ski resorts, grocery stores, and additional neighborhoods. Parking for one vehicle is available in the gated garage.
Guests have full access to the entire condo, including the private patio with hot tub, garage parking, and in-unit laundry room. One closet in Bedroom 1 is reserved for owner use and locked, but another closet in that room is available for guest use.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

The unit was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, right in the middle of downtown. We would stay again!

We loved our stay! The place was spacious, clean and in the perfect location on Main Street. The place was well set up for our family (they also had pack and play and high chair) but could see how multiple families could share the space given how big it is. The in-unit laundry was great. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay for a family or group of friends in Park City…this is it! It has everything you need for a weekend or week and is easy to walk, drive, or shuttle to local spots. We enjoyed having 3 spacious bedrooms and bathrooms (one with a large freestanding tub that was so nice for a relaxing bath), could live in a condo like this! We didn’t really use the kitchen, but it’s perfect for cooking, baking or small meals. Played pool with my sons and even won a game of eight-ball. We walked to coffee, shopping, and dinners. Everything was even better than we expected and would definitely stay again!!
