This home is situated directly on Main Street in Park City’s Historic District. You’ll find dining, shops, galleries, and year-round events right outside the door. In the winter, you're just steps from the Town Lift for ski access to Park City Mountain Resort. In the summer, hiking and biking trails, art festivals, and concerts make this a perfect year-round destination.
The property is walkable to everything on Main Street and across the street from the Town Lift. A free Park City bus stop is nearby for access to ski resorts, grocery stores, and additional neighborhoods. Parking for one vehicle is available in the gated garage.
Guests have full access to the entire condo, including the private patio with hot tub, garage parking, and in-unit laundry room. One closet in Bedroom 1 is reserved for owner use and locked, but another closet in that room is available for guest use.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

Excellent place! great location, the apartment was pristine and fully furnished. Hot tub was a real treat - and private with a lift view and the park city mountains. Very spacious and comfortable. You walk out the door and hit the lift. All the great park city restaurants are a walking distance away. Highly recommended.
