A short, scenic ride on the free gondola connects you directly to historic downtown Telluride. Throughout the summer, the valley comes alive with world-renowned events, including the Telluride Bluegrass Festival, Film Festival, farmers markets, and fly fishing on the San Miguel River.
Navigating the area during summer is seamless. The property offers parking for 4 vehicles (1 garage space and 3 driveway spaces). Guests can easily take advantage of the free local bus stop located at the corner of Adams Ranch Rd and Lawson Overlook Rd. The shuttle provides swift access to the Mountain Village Core, where you can board the free Telluride-Mountain Village Gondola—a scenic 13-minute aerial ride taking you over the ridge into downtown Telluride without the hassle of driving or parking.
Guests will have private access to the entire 5-bedroom home, including the private 6-person hot tub, gas grill, deck, patio, in-unit laundry, and dedicated workspace. Parking is provided on-site for up to 4 vehicles (1 space in the attached garage and 3 spaces in the driveway).
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. Please note that the hot tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is chemically treated but other times it's drained and refilled in addition to being chemically treated. Because of this, the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay.
