Our property features a spacious driveway and a 2-car garage, providing free on-site parking for up to 5 vehicles. While a car is best for exploring state parks and regional lakes, you can also take advantage of the free Park City transit bus system that services the wider area.
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire 6-floor estate, including a private 6-person hot tub, an outdoor deck with a gas grill, an in-unit laundry room, a private ski locker, and a top-floor private gym. Free parking is available for up to 5 vehicles on the premises across the private garage and driveway.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. Please note that the hot tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is chemically treated but other times it's drained and refilled in addition to being chemically treated. Because of this, the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay. Please note you must walk up multiple sets of stairs throughout the home to get around.
