The complimentary 13-minute gondola ride links Mountain Village directly to downtown Telluride, making a personal vehicle unnecessary for most daily outings. For those arriving with vehicles, our property provides space for up to 6 cars, including 1 covered space under the front entrance pergola.
Guests will have private access to the entire 5-bedroom residence, including all indoor living areas, the lower-level game room with pool table, in-unit laundry, private ski locker, and elevator. Outdoor areas reserved exclusively for guest use include the private patio, 6-person Hotspring hot tub, outdoor kitchen with Lynx gas grill, gas outdoor fireplace, and parking for up to 6 vehicles (1 covered space under the pergola and 5 uncovered spaces in the circular driveway).
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates. Please keep in mind the Gondola/Chondola closes for seasonal and unexpected maintenance outside of our control. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. Please note that the hot tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is chemically treated, but other times it's drained and refilled in addition to being chemically treated. Because of this, the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay.
