Navigating the area is effortless thanks to Mountain Village's complimentary Dial-A-Ride shuttle service, which offers convenient door-to-door transportation throughout the village. The nearby free Telluride Gondola provides a seamless 13-minute aerial connection between Mountain Village and downtown Telluride, eliminating the need to drive in winter conditions. Direct ski-out access allows you to hit the slopes directly from the neighborhood. To return, ski to the street and walk a short way back to the home. On-site parking is provided for up to 5 vehicles, including 2 spaces in the attached garage and 3 on the driveway.
Guests will have access to the entire home, including the private 7-person hot tub, private ski locker, Weber gas grill, deck, patio, lower-level game room with skeeball, in-unit laundry, and parking for up to 5 vehicles (2 in the attached garage and 3 on the driveway).
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' including the gondola/chondola opening and closing dates. Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn't snowed in a few days. Please note that the hot tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is chemically treated, but other times it is drained and refilled in addition to being chemically treated. Because of this, the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay. Please note that the racing simulator in the home is off-limits to guests and is not available for use. Please note that this property has exterior security cameras.
