Guests will enjoy exclusive, private access to the entire 4,849-square-foot townhome, including the private attached 2-car garage, private driveway, private 6-person copper hot tub, private patio and balcony, gas fire pit, electric grill, and in-unit laundry room. All amenities are 100% private to this residence with no shared facilities. Parking is permitted for up to 4 vehicles strictly within the 2-car garage and on the driveway directly in front of the garage. Parking on the side of the street or in the neighborhood turnaround is strictly prohibited.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates. Please note that like most mountain homes, this property does not have central A/C (ceiling fans are available). 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. Please note that the hot tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is chemically treated, but other times it must be drained and refilled. Because of this, the tub may be unavailable for the first night of your stay. Please note that no animals are allowed at this property due to a severe allergy within the family. Please note that you will need to access stairs to utilize all areas of the home. Please note that the firepit is decoration only.
