With an incredible location, during winter, grab your ski gear and cross through the parking lot to the nearest lift, ready to take on world-class ski runs. After a day of adventures on the slopes, relax in the living room with a plush L-shaped sofa and a cozy love seat. Snuggle up with your loved ones next to the warmth of the wood fireplace as you sip on a cup of hot cocoa. Watch your favorite show or movie on the flat-screen TV while you rest and unwind from an entire day of exploring. Breathe in the fresh mountain air as you gaze at the gorgeous glow of the sunset on the private balcony. Don't forget to enjoy a nightcap as you look for a shooting star in the tranquil space on the balcony. A fully-equipped kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances is available for guests, where you will have everything needed to prepare a delicious homemade meal. Conveniently located in one of the best neighborhoods in Breckenridge, you are within walking distance to the Four O'Clock Ski Run. The historic downtown is within a 15-minute bus ride, where you will have access to multiple restaurants, breweries, local markets, museums, and other entertainment options you won't want to miss.
From this lovely condo, you can easily walk to the Four O'Clock Ski Run located across the street. The Breck Free Ride bus is a convenient option with the Gold Camp bus stop within a 6-minute walk from the condo. The Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around historic downtown. Uber/Lyft are always available.
Guest will have access to the entire home, a private balcony, and 2 parking spots in the lot outside.
Please note that like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C. Please note that to access the unit, you need to go up five flights of stairs. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

Great location - 2 minute walk and you ski in/ski out from the lower 4 o'clock trail. Cozy place, with all necessary items in the kitchen. Good place to get a good night sleep, no noise at all. There's assigned parking close to the property which is convenient. You do need to climb 5 flights of stairs but it isn't a big deal honestly considering how good this place is. Host was always responsive and courteous. Would definitely stay here next time.

I recently stayed at this Airbnb and had such a great experience! The place was very clean and well taken care of, which made it feel comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The location is unbeatable! I would consider this place a ski in/ski out, which made our trip so convenient and enjoyable. Being able to step right out and hit the slopes without worrying about driving or parking was a huge plus. There are some stairs you have to go through, but honestly, it wasn’t bad at all and definitely worth it for the location and overall experience. I highly recommend staying here. I’m already planning my next trip and will absolutely be booking this place again!
