This peaceful Incline Village neighborhood offers sweeping lake vistas and easy access to North Lake Tahoe's year-round attractions. In winter, you're just minutes from Diamond Peak’s family-friendly slopes. Summer brings hiking, boating, and beach days at Sand Harbor or Burnt Cedar Beach. Local shops, dining, and a championship golf course round out the all-season appeal.
A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area. Covered on-site parking is available, and nearby trails, beaches, and ski resorts are within a short drive. There is no direct public transportation in this neighborhood.
Guests have access to the entire home, private laundry, and covered parking for 2 vehicles. The balcony and entryway are also private. Owners' closet is locked.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates. Please note that while this home does not have central A/C, mini-split A/C units are available in the main living areas and bedrooms. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. Please note that the grill is only available in the summer months.

Great place to stay when visiting Incline Village. Good restaurants are close by, lots of activities only a short drive or bus ride away. Location is quiet and has everything you’d need for a stay close by. The unit is part of older construction but has been remodeled.

Loved the stay! The location was perfect, the view was perfect, the accommodations were mostly perfect. Our biggest complaints was we couldn’t find the place. The number eight in the address was not on the listing. We struggled to find the place. And we did not know it was three flights of stairs to get up to the main living area. There needs to be an emphasis on the number eight and the number of stairs. Other than that, we enjoyed the stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. We were a family of seven, including children, and there was plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. The kids absolutely loved the house and enjoyed the stay just as much as we did. The home was very clean, peaceful, and had everything our family needed. The view was absolutely beautiful and made our trip feel even more special and relaxing. The location was convenient, the check-in instructions were clear, and communication with the hosts was excellent. They were kind, helpful, and very responsive. We are very grateful for the experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for families!
