Enjoy a memorable mountain getaway from this stylish Keystone condo! Located along the shores of Keystone Lake, the modern one-bedroom condo boasts breathtaking views of the lake, lush trees, and majestic mountains. When you step inside the home a stylish and welcoming space greets you, complete with modern furnishings and chic decor. The home boasts an open layout with the kitchen/dining/living room seamlessly blending together in one bright and social space. Large windows line the wall of the home providing impressive views of the surrounding scenery. Directly to the right of the front door, a well-equipped kitchen awaits ready for you to prepare your favorite meals. The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, a range of cookwares including an air fryer and crockpot, and a kitchen bar with seating for 2. On the other side of the kitchen bar is the dining area, making it easy to bring hot dishes straight from the oven to the table. This lovely space boasts a table with seating for 4, from which you can enjoy a meal with a view thanks to the home’s large windows overlooking the lake. On the other side of the dining table is the bright and cozy living room, a stylish haven perfect for kicking back and relaxing. Outfitted with a plush couch, a chair with an ottoman, a large mounted TV, and access to a balcony, this space has all you need to feel right at home. Step out to the balcony and take in the impressive lake views, or curl up in the living room while you warm up by the beautiful stone fireplace. The living room can be used as an extra sleeping space with the couch doubling as a pull-out queen bed. When you're ready to tuck in for the night, the spacious bedroom offers a comfortable king-sized bed with a plush memory foam topper, from which you can continue to enjoy the stunning views over the lake. This peaceful retreat includes matching nightstands with lamps, a large mounted TV, a private vanity, and access to the condo’s bathroom. To the side of the bed, you will find an open walk-in closet that features a single-sink vanity on the opposite side. Guests can access the full bathroom from the door located next to the vanity, with the door opening up to a shower/bathtub combo and toilet. A second vanity for shared use is located on the other side of the separate room with the toilet and shower/bathtub, providing a great option for those traveling in groups to share this space and still enjoy privacy. The second bathroom vanity can also be accessed from the hallway just off the front door. Guests of this home can enjoy the great shared amenities the condo includes such as a shared hot tub, pool, and sauna. Neighborhood


This condo offers an amazing location in the heart of Keystone, placing you within walking distance to eateries and shops and with incredible access to the ski slopes at Keystone Ski Resort. With just a 4-minute drive you can be on the River Run Gondola ready to take you to the top of Dercum Mountain, or jumping onto the Peru Express and Argentine Lifts putting you minutes away from being out on the slopes. After a day on the mountain, enjoy exploring the various lodges, entertainment options, restaurants, cafés, and breweries in the area. In the summer months, take a stroll along the Snake River, go hiking at the Keystone Gulch Trail, or enjoy a round of golf at the Keystone Ranch Golf Course. Be sure to spend a day exploring the charming neighboring mountain communities of Dillon and Silverthorne, both of which are less than 15 minutes away. Dillon Reservoir, home to the Dillon Amphitheater and Dillon Marina, makes for a scenic outing, or you can hit the shops at the Outlets at Silverthorne. A day trip to the historic mining town and ski hub of Breckenridge is a must-visit with its historic Main Street full of charming breweries, galleries, cafés, and shops.

Transit


From this home, you can explore Keystone on foot, or drive to just about anywhere in Keystone in under 10 minutes. During the winter months make the four-minute drive to Keystone Ski Resort for some excellent skiing, and in the summer hit the hiking trails at Keystone Gulch Trailhead which is less than a 5-minute drive from the home. You are also within a 30-minute or less drive from the slopes at Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Loveland, or Arapahoe Basin. Or get out and explore many of the other charming mountain towns in this area. Dillon is a 9-minute drive away, while Silverthorne is 12 minutes and Frisco is an 18-minute drive. From this condo, you can be in Breckenridge in 25 minutes, or Vail in 40 minutes. Public transport is also an option with the Summit Stages FREE bus' stopping just under a mile from the home outside of Keystone Lodge. Hop on this FREE bus and find yourself connected with the entire Summit Stage Free Bus system, which makes it easy to explore this one-of-a-kind mountain oasis. Uber/Lyft are also always available.

Access


Guests will have access to the entire condo, a private balcony, a shared laundry facility, and a private ski locker to store their outdoor gear. Guests of the condo can also enjoy access to a shared hot tub, pool, and sauna.

Notes


Please note that the hot tub and pool is not in the same building as the condo unit, it’s just a few minutes walk away. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

House Rules


1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the Rental Property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged to guests if smoking inside Rental Property occurs or evidence is found of smoking inside. 2. People other than included in the Guest Count may not stay in the property. Any other person on Rental Property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. Quiet Hours are 10pm – 8am. Excessive noise inside these hours are not permitted and will result in eviction and cancellation with no refund. 4. Rental Property is privately owned; Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the Rental Property or its facilities. The Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest and Rental Party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that Guests and Rental Party are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the Rental Property or others whom they invite to use the Rental Property. 5. Guest agrees to keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses. 6. Pets are not allowed. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged and Guest will be evicted. 7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property unless used for amenities outside the property such as shared hot tub and pool areas. Please return the linens in the Property after use. 8. Water and Septic: The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you will be charged for any damages incurred by Property Manager or Owner. 9. Renter(s) are responsible for themselves, their family and guests at all times. Children should be supervised at all times. 10. If Rental Party exceeds the maximum occupancy Guest will be asked to leave the Rental Property with no refunds. Infants under 2 years are not counted. 11. At least one parent or adult must be present at all times when children under the age of 16 are in the Rental Property or using any of outdoor facilities such as Hot Tub. 12. Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for money, jewelry, or other valuables lost, stolen, or left behind in the Rental Property, but will use their best effort to remedy the situation. 13. No rowdy behavior is permitted. Guests must behave at all times, in a reasonable and proper manner and act in a way as to protect the Rental Property, its contents and furnishings against damage. Failure to do so could result in eviction. 14. No subletting of the Rental Property or assigning of this agreement is permitted. 15. Please note that we charge per guest after a set number. Please provide the entire group count in your reservation request. If an update to the group count is needed after confirming the reservation, the reservation cost may increase. 16. Guest must obtain approval prior to checking in early or check out late. If Guest enter the Rental Property before agreed upon Check In Time or leave the Rental Property after agreed upon Check Out Time, Guest will be charged $50/half hour. 17. Guest is responsible to learn and understand any mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19 before confirming a reservation. 18. Guest agrees to follow all local, state and federal level mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19. Violations that result in fines based on Guests' actions will be passed on to the Guest. 19. Guest agrees that they are 25 years of age or older. 20. If applicable, Guest may be responsible for loss of any parking passes/permits in amounts up to $400 per pass/permit. 21. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are not allowed unless explicitly approved by Owner/Manager. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged to the Guest and Guest will be evicted.
