Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate proximity to iconic trails, including the Tahoe Rim Trail at Brockway Summit and mountain biking routes around Northstar. Explore historic Tahoe City for open-air dining along the Truckee River or take a scenic drive around Big Blue.
A personal vehicle is recommended for exploring North Lake Tahoe's beaches, parks, and surrounding mountain towns. Our property features ample driveway and rear bay parking for up to eight vehicles. Guests looking to utilize public transportation can take advantage of the free TART bus line, with a stop located just steps away on Highway 28 providing convenient service along the North Shore.
Guests have private access to the entire home, including the private six-person hot tub, outdoor deck and patio, gas fire pit, gas grill, game room with indoor golf simulator, two laundry areas, and on-site parking for up to eight vehicles.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates. Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. Please note that the hot tub is serviced after each stay and could not fully be up to temperature on the night of arrival. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
