A quick 1-minute walk from the front door brings you to the TART public transportation stop called Hwy 28 at Burton Creek, part of the Mainline route serving the entire western shore of Lake Tahoe, from Tahoma to Incline Village. If you prefer to explore further, Tahoe City is less than 3 miles away, where you can connect to additional bus lines leading to destinations like Northstar California Resort and Olympic Valley. With these options, having a vehicle isn't necessary.
Guests have full access to the condo and shared community amenities, including the seasonal pool, and sauna. Parking for 2 vehicles is available in front of the unit, with overflow parking near the garbage dumpsters.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. Charcoal grills are strictly forbidden in this county and will result in a $1,500 citation if used. A Note on Shared Amenities: Please keep in mind that these spaces are operated by the HOA. Because of this, they are subject to seasonal availability—common seasonal closures may include April-May and Sept-Nov—and we can't be held responsible for unexpected closures or repairs. This unit was very comfortable and well appointed. We had five adults and there was plenty of room. We were here in the winter and the hot tub was great! Would stay here again in winter or summer.
