Located in Dillon, this home's backyard connects directly to the national forest, offering serene mountain views. In the summer, enjoy exploring the trails right out your back door or taking a short drive to Lake Dillon for boating and water activities.
A vehicle is recommended to reach the nearby hiking trails and explore Summit County. Please note that street parking is not allowed, but there are four total parking spaces provided with all four spaces in the driveway.
Guests will have access to the entire home, the private hot tub, and on-site parking for 4 vehicles in the driveway only. Street parking is not allowed. There are locked owner closets and drawers throughout the home that are not for guest use.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn't snowed in a few days.
