Space


As you enter the apartment, you will be greeted by the main kitchen and living area, which boasts an open-concept layout with views out the balcony towards the Canyons Ski Resort and the surrounding valley. Directly to your left is the kitchen with beautiful cabinets and ample cabinet and counter space. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything from stainless steel appliances to a crockpot and blender, making it convenient to put together a delicious meal. Situated on the other side of the kitchen is the dining area, where you will find a table with cozy booth-style seating and two chairs providing seating for four. This area is comfortable enough to play games or do a puzzle or enjoy a meal. Next to the dining area is a built-in single sink, creating additional space for washing up or storage if needed. When you are ready to call it a night, you will find the primary bedroom located on the right just off the dining area. Equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, the room has a spacious king bed, two bedside tables with lamps, a large dresser and desk unit with a desk chair, and a mounted 40” TV. This dynamic room is set up for whatever activity you are in the mood for, whether that be to get some work done at the desk while you take in the views out the window, take a nap or watch a show from the comfortable bed, or rejuvenate in the beautiful jacuzzi bathtub. Through the bedroom, you can access the first full bathroom, which also has a door from the kitchen for convenient access from both sides of the home. The spacious bathroom has a double-sink vanity with ample under-the-sink storage, a large mirror placed about the sinks, a tile free-standing shower with a built-in sitting area, and a separate toilet area with a sliding door to allow for privacy. Back in the open-concept kitchen and living area, you will find the cozy living room that offers a spacious common area for relaxing. Warm up by the lovely stone gas fireplace as you settle into the two large couches. Enjoy the views out the balcony door as you catch a movie on the mounted 65” TV and make plans for your next adventure. For added comfort, you will find a large coffee table, a small side table, and two lamps situated around the space. Off the living room, guests can enjoy a private balcony that features two patio chairs and a small patio table, perfect for enjoying a happy hour or cup of coffee while you take in the views of Canyons Ski Resort and the surrounding valley. To the left of the living room are connecting double doors that will take you to the other half of the apartment. As you enter this additional space, you will first come to the hotel-like kitchen and living area where you will find a well-equipped kitchenette, flat-screen TV, and a comfortable sofa that doubles as a pull-out queen bed. The kitchenette includes a stainless steel mini-fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and an electric double-stove top providing all the necessities to enjoy a meal at home. Across from the kitchenette is a comfortable three-person couch that can be pulled out into a queen bed to make for a restful sleep space. From the couch, you can enjoy a movie on the 42” TV that is located across the room just above the kitchen sink area. Or make use of the side table with a nice lamp and enjoy reading a book while you relax. Connected to the kitchen and living area, you will find the second bedroom with a king-size bed, two large armoires, and a dresser, in addition to two nightstands and one lamp. The room is brightened up with the large window overlooking Canyons Ski Resort and the surrounding valley and includes a sliding door to add privacy from the kitchen and living room. Head to the opposite end of this side of the apartment and you will come to a wide entryway that features a second full bathroom, a large horizontal mirror, and a coat rack where you can unload your gear. This bathroom has a lovely built-in single-sink vanity with a spacious counter and ample under-sink storage space, a free-standing shower with a modern glass door and built-in ledge, and several towel racks and hooks around the room for convenient use. Guests in this home are welcome to take advantage of the shared spaces on site, including the hot tub, pool, and fitness center.

Neighborhood


This home is perfectly situated at the base of Canyons Village at Park City, placing you in the middle of the action at Canyons Resort. Just a two-minute walk from the home will take you to Canyon Village, where you will find a lively area filled with myriad shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Enjoy easy access to some of the best slopes in Park City with a five-minute walk to the base camp area of Canyons Ski Resort and Cabriolet Ski Lift. The surrounding area is full of endless opportunities for adventure with Snyderville Basin Recreation Center and the Utah Olympic Park both an 8-minute drive away, Old Town and historic Main Street districts less than a 10-minute drive away, and Deer Valley Resort 15 minutes away. The location of this home places many of Park City’s incredible outdoor locations at your fingertips!

Transit


This home is a short, two-minute walk from Canyons Village and is located on a FREE shuttle line - the Canyons Village Connect Shuttle - that will pick up guests and take them to the base of the ski resort and back. Multiple bus stops on Canyon Resort Drive also connect you to the entire FREE Park City Transit Bus system, which can get you to just about anywhere in this area. The FREE Main Street Trolley is also available once in Park City and is an iconic way to explore the historic area. Uber/Lyft are also always available.

Access


Guests will have access to the entire space and outdoor balcony as well as the shared amenities, which include three swimming pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, a fitness center, and laundry facilities. You will also have access to two free parking spaces in the building's parking garage, with a parking pass that will be provided.

Please note that oversized vehicles will not fit in the parking structure. Please visit visitparkcity site if you need any information on where/how to park an additional or oversized vehicle. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

House Rules


1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the Rental Property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged to guests if smoking inside Rental Property occurs or evidence is found of smoking inside. 2. People other than included in the Guest Count may not stay in the property. Any other person on Rental Property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. Quiet Hours are 10pm – 8am. Excessive noise inside these hours are not permitted and will result in eviction and cancellation with no refund. 4. Rental Property is privately owned; Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the Rental Property or its facilities. The Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest and Rental Party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that Guests and Rental Party are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the Rental Property or others whom they invite to use the Rental Property. 5. Guest agrees to keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses. 6. Pets are not allowed. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged and Guest will be evicted. 7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property unless used for amenities outside the property such as shared hot tub and pool areas. Please return the linens in the Property after use. 8. Water and Septic: The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you will be charged for any damages incurred by Property Manager or Owner. 9. Renter(s) are responsible for themselves, their family and guests at all times. Children should be supervised at all times. 10. If Rental Party exceeds the maximum occupancy Guest will be asked to leave the Rental Property with no refunds. Infants under 2 years are not counted. 11. At least one parent or adult must be present at all times when children under the age of 16 are in the Rental Property or using any of outdoor facilities such as Hot Tub. 12. Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for money, jewelry, or other valuables lost, stolen, or left behind in the Rental Property, but will use their best effort to remedy the situation. 13. No rowdy behavior is permitted. Guests must behave at all times, in a reasonable and proper manner and act in a way as to protect the Rental Property, its contents and furnishings against damage. Failure to do so could result in eviction. 14. No subletting of the Rental Property or assigning of this agreement is permitted. 15. Please note that we charge per guest after a set number. Please provide the entire group count in your reservation request. If an update to the group count is needed after confirming the reservation, the reservation cost may increase. 16. Guest must obtain approval prior to checking in early or check out late. If Guest enter the Rental Property before agreed upon Check In Time or leave the Rental Property after agreed upon Check Out Time, Guest will be charged $50/half hour. 17. Guest is responsible to learn and understand any mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19 before confirming a reservation. 18. Guest agrees to follow all local, state and federal level mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19. Violations that result in fines based on Guests' actions will be passed on to the Guest. 19. Guest agrees that they are 25 years of age or older. 20. If applicable, Guest may be responsible for loss of any parking passes/permits in amounts up to $400 per pass/permit. 21. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are not allowed unless explicitly approved by Owner/Manager. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged to the Guest and Guest will be evicted.
