With an unbeatable location and abundant style and charm, this one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo truly can’t be missed. Just minutes from the ski slopes, this space provides all of the comforts of home as well as a private hot tub with aspen views where you can soak your cares away under the stars after days of endless fun. As soon as you enter this gorgeous home, you will be struck by its chic style that greets you upon entering. You will find it hard to resist the luxurious leather sectional and stonework fireplace that await in the living room. Drop your gear in the spacious closet just off of the entrance and make your way into this inviting space, where you can settle in and relax by the fire in two plush armchairs or on the roomy leather sectional that boasts a queen-size, pullout bed. Bathed in natural light, this irresistible space also boasts a coffee table, dining table with seating for four, a flat-screen TV, and access to the private, outdoor patio with its private hot tub. The dining area is ideally situated off of both the living and kitchen spaces, making it easy to dig into a meal or set up a game or puzzle while staying central to it all. Seating for two more is found at the nearby bar, which connects to the lovely kitchen by way of a large pass-through that makes for convenient serving and socializing. The chef in your group will be delighted by the charming kitchen space, which features everything you need to whip up a favorite meal from a large, single-basin sink and roomy stainless steel refrigerator as well as a stylish tile backsplash, bar/serving area, and an open view of the living area. Just off of the kitchen area, you will find a dedicated laundry and storage room with a stacked washer and dryer, ample cabinet space, and storage shelves. The lovely bathroom is next door in the hallway, conveniently located between both the living, kitchen, and dining areas and the bedroom. Bright and clean with a single-sink vanity and a fully-tiled, walk-in shower, you will find everything you need to wash up with ease. At the end of the hallway, you will find the beautiful bedroom, which invites you in for a night of peaceful sleep with a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, desk area, dresser, nightstands, lamps, and access to the private patio space. Catch up on your latest work project at the dedicated desk, then step out onto the tranquil patio space and melt your cares away before drifting off to sleep - you can do it all in style thanks to this stunning space. Located in the heart of Deer Valley, you are just a 4-minute walk to Snow Park Lodge and the ski lifts, so that you hit the slopes in no time. Hit the nearby hiking trails at the nearby Snowtop and Upper Village Trail, and head or stroll the tranquil Deer Valley Ponds loop - all just minutes from your front door. You can also explore Park City's historic districts, with Old Town and Main Street just a short, 10-minute bus ride away. There, you can discover multiple shops, restaurants, galleries museums, local markets, and seasonal festivals, including the Sundance Film Festival.
This beautiful condo is a short 4-minute walk from Deer Valley Resort and is also on a FREE shuttle line, that will take you directly to the nearest ski lifts at Deer Valley Resort. Find yourself on Deer Valley's world-class slopes, exploring its alpine lodges, or taking in a show at the Snow Park Outdoor Amphitheater in a matter of minutes. You are also a quick, 10-minute FREE bus ride from Park City's historic Main Street, with the Courchevel stop, on multiple routes, located just steps from the condo. Once there, hop on the iconic, FREE Main Street trolley, which makes for an easy and charming way to explore the historic district. Uber/Lyft are also always available.
Guests will have access to the entire home, including the private deck and hot tub, as well as parking for a single vehicle in the parking garage. Please note that the garage has a clearance of 6'4", large/tall cars may not fit inside the garage.
Please note that, like most homes in Park City, this home does not have A/C. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the Rental Property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged to guests if smoking inside Rental Property occurs or evidence is found of smoking inside. 2. People other than included in the Guest Count may not stay in the property. Any other person on Rental Property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. Quiet Hours are 10pm – 8am. Excessive noise inside these hours are not permitted and will result in eviction and cancellation with no refund. 4. Rental Property is privately owned; Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the Rental Property or its facilities. The Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest and Rental Party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that Guests and Rental Party are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the Rental Property or others whom they invite to use the Rental Property. 5. Guest agrees to keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses. 6. Pets are not allowed. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged and Guest will be evicted. 7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property unless used for amenities outside the property such as shared hot tub and pool areas. Please return the linens in the Property after use. 8. Water and Septic: The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you will be charged for any damages incurred by Property Manager or Owner. 9. Renter(s) are responsible for themselves, their family and guests at all times. Children should be supervised at all times. 10. If Rental Party exceeds the maximum occupancy Guest will be asked to leave the Rental Property with no refunds. Infants under 2 years are not counted. 11. At least one parent or adult must be present at all times when children under the age of 16 are in the Rental Property or using any of outdoor facilities such as Hot Tub. 12. Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for money, jewelry, or other valuables lost, stolen, or left behind in the Rental Property, but will use their best effort to remedy the situation. 13. No rowdy behavior is permitted. Guests must behave at all times, in a reasonable and proper manner and act in a way as to protect the Rental Property, its contents and furnishings against damage. Failure to do so could result in eviction. 14. No subletting of the Rental Property or assigning of this agreement is permitted. 15. Please note that we charge per guest after a set number. Please provide the entire group count in your reservation request. If an update to the group count is needed after confirming the reservation, the reservation cost may increase. 16. Guest must obtain approval prior to checking in early or check out late. If Guest enter the Rental Property before agreed upon Check In Time or leave the Rental Property after agreed upon Check Out Time, Guest will be charged $50/half hour. 17. Guest is responsible to learn and understand any mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19 before confirming a reservation. 18. Guest agrees to follow all local, state and federal level mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19. Violations that result in fines based on Guests' actions will be passed on to the Guest. 19. Guest agrees that they are 25 years of age or older. 20. If applicable, Guest may be responsible for loss of any parking passes/permits in amounts up to $400 per pass/permit. 21. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are not allowed unless explicitly approved by Owner/Manager. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged to the Guest and Guest will be evicted.
