You're a short drive to both Lionshead and Vail Village, each offering shopping, après-ski, fine dining, and festivals year-round. In winter, hit the slopes at Vail Ski Resort; in summer, enjoy hiking, biking, or fishing from nearby trailheads.
While a car is helpful for exploring the area, Vail’s free town shuttle and nearby bike paths make it easy to access the ski lifts, villages, and local restaurants without driving. Steps away from the Free Resort Shuttle (Red & Green lines) located at the complex entrance for easy access to Vail Village and skiing. Private garage and driveway parking included.
Guests will have access to the entire home, including both living areas, private patios, laundry, garage, driveway, and hot tub. All amenities are private to the unit.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates. Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

I really liked the Villa .. felt home right away. All the rooms has its own bathroom, with lots it towels. The kitchen is clean with whatever is needed for cooking. And has an electric massage chair. Strong WiFi

Our group of seven came to Vail to hike Mt. of the Holy Cross. We were blown away by the place. It is at the end of the drive, so felt very private. The creek out back was so serene. And the actual bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were great. We were able to spread out and most everyone had their own bathroom, which was a huge reason we picked the place. It exceeded our expectations. Very comfortable! Also, anytime we had a question, we got an answer promptly. If this property is available if we ever come back, we hope to book it again. Thank you!

The house has a full five bedrooms and a ton of bathrooms. The kitchen is full and everyone has a tv (in addition to the ones in the common rooms). It’s perfect for a large family or a bunch of families. The hosts were incredibly responsive to every question and concern. The only thing I would say is that it’s very close to I-70. This has the advantage of making Vail super accessible, however in the summer when the windows need to be opened it did create a little bit of a noise issue. It’s hard to beat being right behind Gore Creek, but the noise of the creek was often in competition with the noise of the freeway.
