Located less than a mile from historic downtown, you will be close enough to all of the action. At your fingertips, you will have access to shops, restaurants, bars, museums, and other fun activities that Breckenridge has to offer. If you can't decide where to start, the spectacular Breckenridge overlook is a short 4 minute walk from your accommodation.
The Breck free ride bus is a convenient option, with Nordic Center bus stop on the Black Express Route only a 4 minute walk from the condo. The Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around downtown Breckenridge. Uber/Lyft are always available.
Guest will have access to the entire home, outdoor patio and the private hot tub. Guests will also have access to 2 parking spots in the garage with 4 additional spots in the driveway.
Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C. The garage has a height of 7', larger vehicles will not fit. Pets are allowed, pet fees apply. Please ask us for more information. Please note that the tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is just chemically treated, but sometimes it has to be drained and refilled. Because of this, please note that the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

Place was just as described. Lots of rooms to accommodate big groups. Town is within 15-20 min walking distance. 2 mins away from peak 8 base. Bus stops 200 feet from the house. House has everything you need to cook, entertainment, and simply relax! Will definitely book again in future visits
