Set in East Vail, this home offers a scenic mountain setting with convenient access to the experiences that make Vail a year-round Colorado destination. In winter, spend your days skiing and snowboarding at Vail Mountain before returning home to an inviting private hot tub and fireplace. Warmer months bring hiking at nearby Booth Falls, fly fishing along Gore Creek, mountain biking, golf, and alpine activities throughout the valley. Vail Village is approximately 3.4 miles away, offering restaurants, après-ski, shopping, galleries, and seasonal events. Nearby cultural attractions include the Betty Ford Alpine Gardens and Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater, home to concerts and summer programming. Fall brings brilliant aspen color throughout the surrounding mountains, while Beaver Creek offers another major resort destination within easy reach.
A car is recommended for navigating the area and reaching the various base areas of Vail Mountain. Our property provides on-site parking for four vehicles, including two covered garage spaces. The TOV Free bus stop is about 3 blocks away. It comes regularly (about every 15 mins in high season) and a super easy way to get to the Village.
Guest will have access to the entire side of the duplex including private hot tub, garage, and decks.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. Please note that this property requires descending 32 steps from the parking area to reach the front entry. We're happy to welcome your whole family, including the four-legged members! Our home allows up to 2 dogs per reservation.

Our stay was wonderful! This location provides a beautiful scenery out the windows that give a sense of peace. The neighborhood is walkable with trails right around the area as well. The perfect distance from Vail to be in the trees, and have a small drive into town. Everything was clean, instructions were clear and easy, and everything that they say they provide was there. Our favorite part was the master bedroom/bathroom, hot tub, and comfy living room with the view!

This home was incredible—a luxurious, peaceful and perfect home away from home. We stayed here with our family to celebrate a special occasion, and it was the crown jewel of our stay. The location was incredible--so close to Vail, with just a short walk to the free shuttle and also close to neighboring towns like Frisco, Silverdale, and Breck. The views were spectacular, with sweeping views of the mountains, great sunlight through the tall windows, and a nice backyard for lounging, taking our pups out, and relaxing in the hot tub. This house is a designer home with designer touches—from the well-stocked kitchen, complete with every amenity needed to cook meals in, with intentionally chosen furniture, decor, and toiletries that make you feel like you're in an exclusive, 5-star hotel. The host's check in website made it easy to access every detail about the home and nearby activities. It was a joy to stay here and we felt so blessed to have this as our home away from home. Thank you!
