You will love this peaceful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom cabin that contains a lot of Tahoe "Bear" Love. Located minutes to Kings Beach main beach and the most popular slopes. It is perfect for all seasons. The fully stocked kitchen with items such as drip coffee maker, crockpot, (start the meal before you leave the house), blender, toaster, multiple glass and plastic drinkware and many cooking utensils and tableware. The owners have kept their cabin very family friendly for your stay. The living room has a sectional seating couch, Samsung Apple TV, wood-burning fireplace (wood not provided), free Wi-Fi (421 Mbps), central heating, no A/C (room fans for summer use) and full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room (where you will find the hot tub towels). The card table and four folding chairs and many games and books will also come in handy for family time. Location perks: Short walk to beach and Kings Beach is right here! Kings Beach State Recreation Area (0.5 mile), Old Brockway Golf Course (0.7 miles), Tahoe Vista Recreation Area (1.6 miles), Crystal Bay Casino (1.7 miles), North Tahoe Regional Park (2.6 miles), Tahoe City (10 miles), Truckee (21 miles), Spindleshanks Tahoe Restaurant (0.7 miles), (Garwood's (7 miles), Jason's Beachside Grille (0.5 miles), NorthStar (7.7 miles), The Ritz-Carlton, Lake Tahoe (8.8 miles), Incline Village (5.7 miles), mountain biking resorts and hiking paths....and many many more! Exterior: NOTE: Hot Tub is currently inoperable and will be replaced in mid-June. This comfortable cabin has a 6-person private hot tub in the backyard, a gas grill on the back deck and front and back deck with seating. The private driveway has parking for 3 vehicles (2 in winter, no street parking allowed). -Grill (Available during the summer months) Configuration: The main floor has living room, kitchen, dining area, one bedroom with queen bed, seating area and backyard access. One full bathroom (standing shower) and laundry room (New Washer and Dryer). The upper floor has a primary bedroom with a king bed, dresser, love seat, armoire and Smart TV. The second bedroom upstairs has a twin-over-queen bed and a twin-over-full bunk beds, dresser, armoire and Smart TV. The upstairs bathroom also has a standing shower. Located in scenic Kings Beach, this home is minutes from Lake Tahoe’s crystal-clear waters and sandy shores. Enjoy outdoor activities like kayaking, paddleboarding, and hiking in the summer, or hit the slopes at Northstar and Palisades Tahoe in the winter. Guests have full access to the home, and driveway parking.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. Responsive host. Responded quickly with the minor concerns we had. Plenty of dishes and cookware in the home to allow for cooking from home. Bedrooms were a good size. Beds were okay. One was pretty firm, but overall okay. Good water pressure/heat. Overall good stay.

Perfect spot! 7 min walk to beach and a SafeWay a 3 min drive. Tighter downstairs area but plenty of sleeping and lounging space. Host was super responsive and helpful. Overall, fit my party of 6 great and would book again!
