In the winter, Diamond Peak Ski Resort is just minutes away. Summer visitors will love the proximity to Incline Beach and Sand Harbor, perfect for swimming, kayaking, and paddleboarding. Hiking enthusiasts can explore nearby Tahoe Rim Trail or the scenic Flume Trail. Local dining, shopping, and entertainment options are all within a short drive.
The home has a public transportation TART stop 1.5 miles away. This stop is called HWY 28 at Countryclub by Fairway which runs every hour and connects you to stops such as Kings Beach. For those arriving into the Reno-Tahoe International airport, there are shuttle options that will take you to Incline Village. For those with a vehicle, take advantage of HWY 28 just minutes away and enjoy day trips to many of the stunning surrounding areas located around Lake Tahoe.
Guests have access to the entire home and 2 designated covered parking spaces in the shared parking lot.
Please note that this property does not include air conditioning, which is typical for Tahoe homes. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. The fireplace is not available for guest use. (Grill only available in summer months)

We loved this condo! Super comfortable beds and lots of room to spread out and feel like you’re really at home. Great kitchen, and the view is just incredible. The only thing we didn’t love is that the fireplace was not accessible. Other than that, it was a great stay, and we would definitely return!

We had an amazing stay at this Lake Tahoe home! The views are absolutely stunning—waking up to the mountains and lake each morning felt like a dream. The place itself is spacious, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. It felt like a perfect balance of cozy and luxurious. The location made it easy to explore the area, but honestly, we could have just stayed in and enjoyed the view! Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful Lake Tahoe escape. The host was extremely friendly and responsive. We will absolutely be back.
