Return to your home away from home where you can relax in the spacious living area around the gas fireplace and enjoy the beautiful mountain views out on the private balcony. As you step inside your peaceful mountain retreat you will come to the entryway which is connected to the garage making it comfortable to unload your personal belongings. Inside the titled entryway you will find a bench to sit on while you unlace your hiking or snow boots and several coat hooks to store your winter parka. Once you have unloaded your outdoor gear head up the stairs where you will find the spacious living area. When you arrive on the second floor you will first come to a half bathroom with a stacked washer/dryer directly in front of the stairs. As you walk further into the space you will come to the charming light-filled open living room/kitchen/dining area with views on either side overlooking the surrounding trees. Head into the living room where you will find soft, carpeted floors, comfortable furniture, and a gas fireplace providing an inviting and cozy common area for relaxing. The living room is outfitted with two reading chairs and a cozy couch that doubles as a pull-out king bed. For added comfort, you will find a coffee table, a small side table and lamp, and a 42” TV with a DVD player perfect for movie nights. From the living room, you can step through the patio doors and out into the private balcony where you can take in the fresh mountain air and beautiful views of the surrounding trees and snowcapped mountains. Out on the patio, you will find two patio chairs and a propane BBQ so you can sit back and relax while you prepare dinner on the grill. Connecting the living room and kitchen is the dining area where you will find a large table with seating for six. From this space, you can enjoy the views from over the private balcony, or from the large window in the kitchen. There is no seat with a bad view from this table! On the other side of the dining room, you will find the well-laid-out kitchen. This light-filled space is flooded with natural light from the large window providing some tranquil views while you prepare your meal. The fully-equipped kitchen includes everything from a coffee maker to a crockpot making it convenient to put together your favorite comfort foods after a day of exploring. When you are ready to settle in for the night you will find two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the third floor of the condo. As you arrive on the landing you will find the guest bedroom to your left. This bright and cheery room has all you need for a peaceful night of rest with a comfortable full-size bed, a 20” TV, and a large window overlooking the surrounding trees and snow-capped mountains. Guests will have plenty of space to store their personal belongings with the large closet, dresser, and two nightstands. On the opposite end of the hallway, you will find the spacious master bedroom which provides a great separation of space between the two bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed, two bedside tables with lamps, a large closet, a dresser, and a 32” TV. This room also features a desk and chair underneath the large window so you can get some remote work done while enjoying the beautiful views. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom where you will find a single-sink vanity with under-the-sink storage space and a shower/bathtub making it convenient to wash up before settling in for the night. A second bathroom is located between the two bedrooms and features a single-sink vanity, a mounted towel rack, and a tiled bathtub/shower combo. Located in the charming town of Frisco, this condo is perfect for those looking for a relaxing mountain escape to get away from the hustle and bustle. Situated just off of I-70, Frisco's location puts you close to the top ski resorts of the area all while enjoying quaint mountain town life. From the condo you are just a 12-minute drive away from Cooper Mountain where you will find advanced slopes such as Skid Road and collage, Treble Cliff, Black Bear Glade, and Formidable for the experts, and Carefree and Coppertone for beginners. Make the short drive over to the bustling Frisco Main Street where you will find a variety of shops and unique restaurants. Have a family day over at the Frisco Adventure park just a 10-minute, drive away. Or head outside to explore one of the many parks or trailheads in the area such as North Tenmile Creekhead, Miners Creek, and Rainbow Lake trailhead. In the summer months spend a day at Frisco Bay Marina where you can rent paddleboards or kayaks, swim from a public beach, or go for long walks along Dillon Reservoir. Whatever the outdoor adventure, skiing or sledding in the winter, hiking or biking in the summer, Frisco is an easy-to-navigate town that is the perfect home base for year-round fun.
Frisco is located just off I-70 making it easy to stay connected to the surrounding Breckenridge area during your stay. Thanks to the Summit Bus Stage, those without a vehicle can get around with each. This is a FREE bus service from which you can find routes to easily stay connected to Breckenridge, Dillon, Keystone, Silverthorne, and other surrounding areas. Located less than half a mile from the condo is the School Road bus stop connecting you with the Summit Stage bus making it easy to reach four, world-class ski resorts in Summit County with no parking hassle. The condo is also just a 12-minute walk away from the Frisco Transfer Center where you can find multiple bus lines and routes connecting you to the surrounding areas. If you have a rental car you can easily reach the slopes on your own with Copper Mountain Resort 15-minutes away, and both Keystone Ski Resort and Breckenridge Ski resort within a 20-minute drive from your front door! This condo's great location is nearby Frisco's main attractions, eateries and shops, and abundant outdoor recreation. Frisco's bustling Main Street is less than a mile away, or with just a quick 15-minute walk you can be out exploring the beautiful Frisco Bay Marina. Other top attractions in the area are within a 10-minute drive from the condo such as the Old Dillion Reservoir and Rainbow Lake Trailhead. Uber/Lyft are always available.
Guests will have access to the entire condo as well as the garage which has space for one vehicle, and two additional parking spaces in the shared parking lot across from the unit. Guests also have access to the shared amenities which include a hot tub, pool, and fitness center.
Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. Please note, the indoor pool and fitness center are available daily with set hours.
1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the Rental Property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged to guests if smoking inside Rental Property occurs or evidence is found of smoking inside. 2. People other than included in the Guest Count may not stay in the property. Any other person on Rental Property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. Quiet Hours are 10pm – 8am. Excessive noise inside these hours are not permitted and will result in eviction and cancellation with no refund. 4. Rental Property is privately owned; Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the Rental Property or its facilities. The Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest and Rental Party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that Guests and Rental Party are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the Rental Property or others whom they invite to use the Rental Property. 5. Guest agrees to keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses. 6. Pets are not allowed. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged and Guest will be evicted. 7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property unless used for amenities outside the property such as shared hot tub and pool areas. Please return the linens in the Property after use. 8. Water and Septic: The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you will be charged for any damages incurred by Property Manager or Owner. 9. Renter(s) are responsible for themselves, their family and guests at all times. Children should be supervised at all times. 10. If Rental Party exceeds the maximum occupancy Guest will be asked to leave the Rental Property with no refunds. Infants under 2 years are not counted. 11. At least one parent or adult must be present at all times when children under the age of 16 are in the Rental Property or using any of outdoor facilities such as Hot Tub. 12. Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for money, jewelry, or other valuables lost, stolen, or left behind in the Rental Property, but will use their best effort to remedy the situation. 13. No rowdy behavior is permitted. Guests must behave at all times, in a reasonable and proper manner and act in a way as to protect the Rental Property, its contents and furnishings against damage. Failure to do so could result in eviction. 14. No subletting of the Rental Property or assigning of this agreement is permitted. 15. Please note that we charge per guest after a set number. Please provide the entire group count in your reservation request. If an update to the group count is needed after confirming the reservation, the reservation cost may increase. 16. Guest must obtain approval prior to checking in early or check out late. If Guest enter the Rental Property before agreed upon Check In Time or leave the Rental Property after agreed upon Check Out Time, Guest will be charged $50/half hour. 17. Guest is responsible to learn and understand any mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19 before confirming a reservation. 18. Guest agrees to follow all local, state and federal level mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19. Violations that result in fines based on Guests' actions will be passed on to the Guest. 19. Guest agrees that they are 25 years of age or older. 20. If applicable, Guest may be responsible for loss of any parking passes/permits in amounts up to $400 per pass/permit. 21. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are not allowed unless explicitly approved by Owner/Manager. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged to the Guest and Guest will be evicted.
