You are minutes away from Homewood Mountain Resort, known for its family-friendly terrain and breathtaking peak-to-shore views. Beyond skiing, the area is a winter wonderland for non-skiers. Explore the nearby Blackwood Canyon for snowshoeing and backcountry adventures, or take the family sledding at the local hills. A short drive north brings you to Tahoe City, where you can enjoy local dining, boutique shopping, and winter festivals. During summer, enjoy nearby lake access, hiking trails, and scenic drives to Meeks Bay and Emerald Bay. Tahoe City offers shopping, dining, and family-friendly attractions just 15 minutes away.
A car is recommended for this location. There is no public transportation nearby, and parking is available for 4 vehicles in the driveway. Please do not park on the street.
Guests have access to the entire home, driveway parking, gas grill, deck, patio, and outdoor game area. Laundry is available in this home.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates. Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. Please note that the grill is only available in the summer months.

My family and I had a wonderful time. The home is beautiful, very clean, organized, and cozy. The kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms have it all. The hosts are very friendly, responsive to any questions you have, and accommodating. My family and I highly recommend this beautiful cabin. We will definitely come visit again!

We had a great 2 night stay it was very close to the lake, free shuttle, and great food. Our host was very responsive. Would definitely recommend staying! I would only add that you might want to bring your own pillow since some of the rooms have less comfortable pillows. Overall though great place for a family trip!

I highly recommend the property for people visiting Tahoe. It is extremely spacious and would be good for up to 8 people. The lake view is extremely close and the hosts are very accommodating to additional requests such as a late check-out or early check-ins. There's just one thing to be aware of. There are 3 rooms in the 2nd floor and there is 1 common bathroom per floor apart from the attached one in the master bedroom. Overall, I'd rate this property a 4.8/5 at the very least.
