This condo offers one of Breckenridge’s most convenient locations. Leave your car parked and enjoy easy access to everything the town has to offer. Walk to Peak 9 for skiing in the winter, explore miles of hiking and biking trails in the summer, or stroll into historic Main Street to enjoy Breckenridge’s restaurants, cafés, breweries, shops, and galleries. Maggie Pond, the Blue River, the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, and the Columbine Pool complex are all within easy walking distance, making this an ideal location for every season.
Getting around couldn’t be easier. The QuickSilver SuperChair at Peak 9 and historic Main Street are both about a 5-minute walk away, while the free Breck Free Ride bus stops directly across the street, providing convenient access throughout Breckenridge. The free Main Street Trolley is also nearby, making it easy to explore the town without ever needing your car.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire condo, two dedicated parking spaces directly in front of the unit, and the shared Columbine Pool and hot tub complex.
Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, the condo does not have air conditioning. Portable fans and cool mountain evenings typically keep the condo comfortable during the summer months. If you’re visiting during the winter, four-wheel drive or appropriate snow tires/chains may be required depending on weather conditions. Excellent location! Short leisurely walk to everything Breckenridge has to offer. No reason to drive anywhere. Parking is awesome as your vehicle is right out the front door, which is important to us. Access to the pool and hot tub complex is great! The downstairs bedrooms provide you with a very cozy quiet place to rest. We’ve stayed here twice now and highly recommend it. Had a few questions for the owners and they were super responsive and helpful. Breckenridge is such a great place to visit. Enjoy!!
