The home’s great location places you near several hiking trails & minutes from a FREE bus stop, quickly connecting you to Breck and the surrounding areas. After a busy day of adventures, relax & recharge in this cozy home where you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay from a fully stocked kitchen, a cozy living room and loft space, and a private deck.
As you enter the townhome you will be welcomed by the rustic-style kitchen and dining area. Wood cabinets and flooring and exposed wood beams warm up and add a touch of mountain home charm to this space. In the front of the room, tucked underneath a large window, you will find the dining table with seating for six. In this same space is the open kitchen, where you will find ample cabinet space for storing your items. The fully stocked kitchen includes everything from basic cookware to a crockpot, as well as stainless steel appliances, making it easy to put together a delicious meal. To the right of the dining table, you will find a half bathroom that doubles as a laundry room, with a full-size washer and dryer available for guest use. There are also coat hooks located by this room, so you can comfortably store your outdoor gear before settling into the home. A few steps away from the kitchen/dining area, you will find the cozy living room. This warm space will make you feel right at home and is the perfect hangout spot for your group. The room features two leather couches situated around an entertainment stand where you will find a 47” TV on top, great for movie nights. Curl up and enjoy a movie night while you warm up by the wood fireplace. A coffee table and two side tables, as well as rugs and several lamps, add an extra homey feel to this space. A large window and glass patio doors also bring in ample natural light to the room. In the summer months, enjoy stepping out the patio doors to the outdoor deck, where you will find a BBQ and a patio dining set with seating for 6. This space is surrounded by a peaceful wooded area, so you can enjoy sitting outside and taking in the tranquil scenery while dining alfresco. When you are ready to settle in for the night, you will find two bedrooms on the upper level of the townhome as well as a cozy nook space. The well-decorated and spacious master bedroom boasts a comfortable king-size bed with matching nightstands with lamps, so you can enjoy reading before bed. The room also includes a tall dresser, so you can unpack your personal items, and a ceiling fan, so you can keep cool on those warm summer evenings. The second bedroom is located just across the hallway and is laid out as a bunk room with a bunk bed featuring a twin mattress on top. Underneath the bunk bed is a separate queen bed, providing additional sleeping space in this room. A cozy chair and a lamp are situated in the corner of the room near the large window, making for a great reading nook. Guests will also find a tall dresser, so you can unpack your items for a more comfortable stay. Tucked into a cozy loft area upstairs is a dynamic space that can be used for relaxing, or even sleeping accommodations. The loft space features a futon bed and a TV, so you can use this room for hanging out and watching a show, or for extra sleeping space. A full bathroom is located near the two bedrooms for easy shared access. The bathroom includes a single-sink vanity with under-the-sink storage space and a shower/bathtub combo. Additional shelves in the bathroom provide extra storage space. The townhome includes a designated parking place directly in front of the home, making it comfortable to unload/load your personal items. This lovely home is located in Silverthorne, the perfect place to enjoy endless mountain adventures, as well as shopping, golfing, fishing, and dining experiences. Nestled amongst the trees in the fabulous Wildernest neighborhood, the home’s location places you near to it all - incredible outdoor access, close proximity to Silverthorne, and easy access to I-70, the main roadway in the area that spans this gorgeous stretch of mountain towns. This area of Silverthorne features many hiking and biking trails with several trails just a few minutes away including the nearby Lily Pad Lake and Salt Lick Trailheads. During the summer months, enjoy a round of golf at Raven Golf Club at Three Peaks, you are less than 10 minutes from the fairway. The charming town of Dillon is just minutes away, with the scenic Dillon Reservoir and Dillon Amphitheater, well known for its summer concerts. You are also within 40 minutes of six different ski areas, including Keystone, Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin, Loveland, Breckenridge, and Vail.

From this home are you just 10 minutes from Dillion, 14 minutes from Frisco, and within 30 minutes you can find yourself exploring Breckenridge and Vail. Take advantage of the FREE Summit Stage bus with a stop just steps from your front door. From this home, you are also a 2-minute walk to the Aspen Shadows bus stop, which is part of the Summit Stage FREE bus route on the Wildernest Loop. You can hop on the bus and find yourself connected with all of the Summit Stage Free Bus routes that span Silverthorne and extend to the neighboring communities. Uber/Lyft are also always available.
Guests will have access to the entire home and an outdoor deck. Guests will also have access to one designated parking spot in front of the unit, and a second parking spot located in the visitor parking area.
Please note that, like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. Although our property is dog friendly, please do not bring any other pets. The owner is significantly allergic to cats. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the Rental Property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged to guests if smoking inside Rental Property occurs or evidence is found of smoking inside. 2. People other than included in the Guest Count may not stay in the property. Any other person on Rental Property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. Quiet Hours are 10pm – 8am. Excessive noise inside these hours are not permitted and will result in eviction and cancellation with no refund. 4. Rental Property is privately owned; Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the Rental Property or its facilities. The Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest and Rental Party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that Guests and Rental Party are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the Rental Property or others whom they invite to use the Rental Property. 5. Guest agrees to keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses. 6. Pets are not allowed unless Owner/Manager approves the Guest request before Check In Date. Pets (dogs only, no cats) fees may apply. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged and the Guest will be evicted. 7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property unless used for amenities outside the property such as shared hot tub and pool areas. Please return the linens in the Property after use. 8. Water and Septic: The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you will be charged for any damages incurred by Property Manager or Owner. 9. Renter(s) are responsible for themselves, their family and guests at all times. Children should be supervised at all times. 10. If Rental Party exceeds the maximum occupancy Guest will be asked to leave the Rental Property with no refunds. Infants under 2 years are not counted. 11. At least one parent or adult must be present at all times when children under the age of 16 are in the Rental Property or using any of outdoor facilities such as Hot Tub. 12. Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for money, jewelry, or other valuables lost, stolen, or left behind in the Rental Property, but will use their best effort to remedy the situation. 13. No rowdy behavior is permitted. Guests must behave at all times, in a reasonable and proper manner and act in a way as to protect the Rental Property, its contents and furnishings against damage. Failure to do so could result in eviction. 14. No subletting of the Rental Property or assigning of this agreement is permitted. 15. Please note that we charge per guest after a set number. Please provide the entire group count in your reservation request. If an update to the group count is needed after confirming the reservation, the reservation cost may increase. 16. Guest must obtain approval prior to checking in early or check out late. If Guest enter the Rental Property before agreed upon Check In Time or leave the Rental Property after agreed upon Check Out Time, Guest will be charged $50/half hour. 17. Guest is responsible to learn and understand any mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19 before confirming a reservation. 18. Guest agrees to follow all local, state and federal level mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19. Violations that result in fines based on Guests' actions will be passed on to the Guest. 19. Guest agrees that they are 25 years of age or older. 20. If applicable, Guest may be responsible for loss of any parking passes/permits in amounts up to $400 per pass/permit. 21. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are not allowed unless explicitly approved by Owner/Manager. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged to the Guest and Guest will be evicted.
