Once you enter this cozy and comfortable space, you’ll immediately be met with a gorgeous gas fireplace that’s perfect to sit in front of after a long day spent on the slopes. Hang out on the snug leather couch with a perfect view of the mantle-mounted 49-inch smart TV. The kitchen is centrally-located and contains only the best in Frigidaire stainless steel appliances, as well as a small dining area that will seat up to 4 guests. From here, it’s just a few steps to the balcony, which offers a great view of the Canyons Golf Course and the mountains beyond, and this spot is perfect to spend an hour with your morning cup of coffee, just taking in the sights. Step on into the bedroom, which features a comfy queen-sized bed for you to sleep on, as well as huge windows that let in the mountain and valley views. You’ll feel right at home in this space, which also gives guests access to the bathroom area, where you’ll find a beautiful marble-topped vanity and a shower/tub combo, complete with luxurious glass sliding doors. The laundry area is only a few steps away, featuring a washer and dryer combo to ensure that your clothes stay clean while you’re on vacation. Not only is this condo a great jumping off point for your Park City vacation, it’s also within walking distance to the Cabriolet Shuttle Lift as well as the Red Pine Gondola, making skiing simple and easy when you stay in this coveted location. This condo has a prime location just off of the Canyons Golf Course, with easy walking access to the Cabriolet Shuttle Lift as well as the Red Pine Gondola for your mountain adventures. Getting around Park City is easy and free with High Valley Transit–the closest stop to this condo is the Canyon Village Transit Hub, just 0.5mi up the road, and from there it’s easy to access all of Park City’s adventures and attractions. Uber/Lyft are always available as well if public transportation doesn’t meet your needs. If getting to the best runs down the mountain is more your style, take the Cabriolet Shuttle Lift down to the Park City Mountain resort base for everything skiing and boarding related, or ride the Red Pine Gondola to check out your favorite runs. Guests will have access to the entire condo, including keycard access to the 2 community pools and 2 hot tubs to relax in. Parking is shared with the community on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Recreation Facility Hours: Summer (Memorial Day to Labor Day): 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Winter (Thanksgiving to the 2nd weekend of April): 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM. **The Red Pine Clubhouse opens for the winter season on Friday, November 29th, 2024. ** Winter amenities include heated pool, outdoor hot tub, indoor hot tub, and dry sauna. Please be aware of clubhouse and pool rules (full details on our website). Important reminders: A pool pass is REQUIRED for access to the pool, hot tubs, and sauna Absolutely NO GLASS, ALCOHOL OR SMOKING The guest limit is 10 guests per Townhome unit Please bring towels from your unit Red Pine Community: Rules and Regulations Pool and Clubhouse - No glass or alcohol: Prohibited items include glass bottles, alcohol in cans, and all other forms of alcohol - No smoking or vaping: Prohibited items include cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, vapes, cigars, joints, and all other smoking materials. As per the Utah Clean Air Act, smoking is not permitted within 25 feet of any building or recreational area -Pool passes are required for entry -Maximum pool guests for Townhomes: 10 people -All children must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 at all times -Failure to abide by Pool and Clubhouse rules may result in loss of pool access. Red Pine Townhomes - Parking: Each unit has two parking spaces in their carport – one covered, one uncovered. - Residents must only park in the spaces connected to their own unit. - Vehicles may not be parked in front of dumpsters or on the street to allow for trash pickup and snow plowing. Trash - All waste (trash and recycling) must be placed in the appropriately marked bins. - Absolutely no furniture, appliances, or construction waste is permitted in the Red Pine dumpsters. These items must be hauled off property to a dump. Clubhouse notes: Please note that The Clubhouse will close for the season starting on Monday, April 22nd and will re-open Memorial Day Weekend for the summer. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the Rental Property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged to guests if smoking inside Rental Property occurs or evidence is found of smoking inside. 2. People other than included in the Guest Count may not stay in the property. Any other person on Rental Property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. Quiet Hours are 10pm – 8am. Excessive noise inside these hours are not permitted and will result in eviction and cancellation with no refund. 4. Rental Property is privately owned; Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the Rental Property or its facilities. The Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest and Rental Party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that Guests and Rental Party are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the Rental Property or others whom they invite to use the Rental Property. 5. Guest agrees to keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses. 6. Pets are not allowed. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged and Guest will be evicted. 7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property unless used for amenities outside the property such as shared hot tub and pool areas. Please return the linens in the Property after use. 8. Water and Septic: The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you will be charged for any damages incurred by Property Manager or Owner. 9. Renter(s) are responsible for themselves, their family and guests at all times. Children should be supervised at all times. 10. If Rental Party exceeds the maximum occupancy Guest will be asked to leave the Rental Property with no refunds. Infants under 2 years are not counted. 11. At least one parent or adult must be present at all times when children under the age of 16 are in the Rental Property or using any of outdoor facilities such as Hot Tub. 12. Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for money, jewelry, or other valuables lost, stolen, or left behind in the Rental Property, but will use their best effort to remedy the situation. 13. No rowdy behavior is permitted. Guests must behave at all times, in a reasonable and proper manner and act in a way as to protect the Rental Property, its contents and furnishings against damage. Failure to do so could result in eviction. 14. No subletting of the Rental Property or assigning of this agreement is permitted. 15. Please note that we charge per guest after a set number. Please provide the entire group count in your reservation request. If an update to the group count is needed after confirming the reservation, the reservation cost may increase. 16. Guest must obtain approval prior to checking in early or check out late. If Guest enter the Rental Property before agreed upon Check In Time or leave the Rental Property after agreed upon Check Out Time, Guest will be charged $50/half hour. 17. Guest is responsible to learn and understand any mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19 before confirming a reservation. 18. Guest agrees to follow all local, state and federal level mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19. Violations that result in fines based on Guests' actions will be passed on to the Guest. 19. Guest agrees that they are 25 years of age or older. 20. If applicable, Guest may be responsible for loss of any parking passes/permits in amounts up to $400 per pass/permit. 21. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are not allowed unless explicitly approved by Owner/Manager. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged to the Guest and Guest will be evicted.
