This was a great place to stay! The location is on the main street but in a residential area, not in the heart of downtown. However it's just a short walk to the downtown shops and restaurants (less than 5 minutes) and an even shorter walk (1-2 minutes) to the grocery store. It's also a short walk to the gondola station. There was a dedicated parking space close by. The room itself was really nice. The king size bed was very comfortable, with lots of pillows and really soft bedding. The bathroom was a good size and very clean. This is a house with 4 individual suites all on the 2nd floor. The 3rd floor had a hot tub, and a full kitchen and dining/ living area, to share with other guests. We used the kitchen to prepare a simple breakfast and to eat takeout one night. It was nice to have the kitchen available. Anita was a great hostess. She communicated well and was welcoming. I would absolutely recommend this stay to anyone going to Telluride.

We loved our stay! Very peaceful. The bed was super comfy. soft towels, jetted tub. Coffee and wine were a nice touch. Fun commons area on the third floor, lots of games and some snacks available to guests. Nice full kitchen, and comfy couches. Hot tub looked nice, I bet it would have been great to soak after our long hikes. The umbrellas in the lobby came in handy, as there were some scattered rain showers throughout our stay. They really thought of everything. 10/10 for walkability. Everything was perfect. We hope to stay here again!

This is a great place to stay in Telluride. We stayed here for the Bluegrass Festival and it is so convenient. The town loop bus picks up nearby and everything is walkable. The place itself was clean and comfortable. Anita is a great host. We had a fire alarm battery die late one night, and she had it fixed right away. I would stay here again.
