Enjoy a memorable mountain getaway from this modern Keystone condo. Located along the shores of Keystone Lake, the chic one-bedroom condo boasts breathtaking views of the lake from all around the home! The home features an open layout main living space with the kitchen/dining/living room seamlessly blending together, and a bright loft-style bedroom, all offering incredible views. This home will have everything you need and more for a comfortable stay in Keystone. As you enter the home you will find a spacious entryway with a bench offering a comfortable place to sit while you unload your outdoor gear. Directly to the left of the front door is the main floor bathroom, a spacious room with lovely tile floors, a single-sink vanity with ample storage space, and a bathtub/shower combo. Further into the home, you will come to the kitchen/dining/living room, an area boasting high ceilings and large windows framing the gorgeous lake view. Step into the well-equipped kitchen where you will find lovely granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a range of cookware including a blender and crockpot, and a kitchen bar with seating for 3. The kitchen overlooks the living room and the large windows lining the back wall so you can enjoy the lake and mountain views while you do dishes or prepare a meal. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area making it easy to bring hot dishes straight from the oven to the table. This lovely space boasts a table with seating for 4, from which you can enjoy a meal with a view. On the other side of the kitchen/dining area is the bright and cozy living room, a stylish haven perfect for kicking back and relaxing. Outfitted with plush carpeting, warm wood panel walls, and ample natural light, your group will love hanging out in this space while you watch a movie or take in the stunning views. The living room features a comfortable chair with an ottoman, a 3-person couch, a 50” TV, and a beautiful hearth with a gas fireplace. The living room can be used as an extra sleeping space with the couch doubling as a pull-out bed. When you're ready to tuck in for the night head up the stairs to the loft-style bedroom where you will find a queen-size bed, from which you can continue to enjoy the stunning views over the lake. This peaceful retreat includes matching nightstands with lamps, a mounted 32” TV, and a cozy sitting area with two chairs that place you in a prime location for enjoying the lake view. A large closet and a dresser provide ample storage space to unpack your personal belongings, with an en suite bathroom adding to the luxury of the room. The master bathroom is an efficient space offering all you need to freshen up before bed with a single-sink vanity and a step-in shower. Guests of this home can enjoy the great shared amenities the condo includes such as a shared hot tub, pool, and sauna. Neighborhood


This condo offers an amazing location in the heart of Keystone placing you within walking distance to eateries and shops and with incredible access to the ski slopes at Keystone Ski Resort. With just a 4-minute drive you can be on the River Run Gondola ready to take you to the top of Dercum Mountain, or jumping on to the Peru Express and Argentine Lifts putting you minutes away from being out on the slopes. After a day on the mountain enjoy exploring the various lodges, entertainment options, restaurants, cafes, and breweries in the area. In the summer months take a stroll along the Snake River, go hiking at the Keystone Gulch Trail, or enjoy a round of golf at the Keystone Ranch Golf Course. Be sure to spend a day exploring the charming neighboring mountain communities of Dillon and Silverthorne, both of which are less than 15 minutes away. Dillon Reservoir, home to the Dillon Amphitheater and Dillon Marina makes for a scenic outing, or you can hit the shops at the Outlets at Silverthorne. A day trip to the historic mining town and ski hub of Breckenridge is a must-visit with its historic Main Street full of charming breweries, galleries, cafes, and shops.

Transit


From this home, you can explore Keystone on foot, or drive to just about anywhere in Keystone in under 10 minutes. During the winter months make the four-minute drive to Keystone Ski Resort for some excellent skiing, and in the summer hit the hiking trails at Keystone Gulch Trailhead which is less than a 5-minute drive from the home. You are also within a 30-minute or less drive from the slopes at Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Loveland, or Arapahoe Basin. Or get out and explore many of the other charming mountain towns in this area. Dillon is a 9-minute drive away, while Silverthorne is 12 minutes and Frisco is an 18-minute drive. From this condo, you can be in Breckenridge in 25 minutes, or Vail in 40 minutes. Public transport is also an option with the Summit Stages FREE bus' stopping just under a mile from the home outside of Keystone Lodge. Hop on this FREE bus and find yourself connected with the entire Summit Stage Free Bus system, which makes it easy to explore this one-of-a-kind mountain oasis. Uber/Lyft are also always available.

Access


Guests will have access to the entire condo, one parking spot in the parking garage, and a private ski locker to store their outdoor gear. Guests of the condo can also enjoy access to the Keystone Lodge & Spa providing a shared hot tub, pool, fitness center and sauna.

Notes


The fireplace is currently under maintenance and may not be available until February 2024. Please note that, like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. The elevator is currently out of service for maintenance. Guests will have to go up the stairs to the 4th floor. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. Please note, all accommodations at Keystone Lodge and Spa Resort include complimentary in-room WIFI, access to a 24/7 fitness center, plush robes, in-room filtered water refilled upon request, and onsite dining options. The resort observes a spring shoulder season closure

House Rules


1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the Rental Property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged to guests if smoking inside Rental Property occurs or evidence is found of smoking inside. 2. People other than included in the Guest Count may not stay in the property. Any other person on Rental Property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. Quiet Hours are 10pm – 8am. Excessive noise inside these hours are not permitted and will result in eviction and cancellation with no refund. 4. Rental Property is privately owned; Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the Rental Property or its facilities. The Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest and Rental Party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that Guests and Rental Party are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the Rental Property or others whom they invite to use the Rental Property. 5. Guest agrees to keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses. 6. Pets are not allowed. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged and Guest will be evicted. 7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property unless used for amenities outside the property such as shared hot tub and pool areas. Please return the linens in the Property after use. 8. Water and Septic: The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you will be charged for any damages incurred by Property Manager or Owner. 9. Renter(s) are responsible for themselves, their family and guests at all times. Children should be supervised at all times. 10. If Rental Party exceeds the maximum occupancy Guest will be asked to leave the Rental Property with no refunds. Infants under 2 years are not counted. 11. At least one parent or adult must be present at all times when children under the age of 16 are in the Rental Property or using any of outdoor facilities such as Hot Tub. 12. Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for money, jewelry, or other valuables lost, stolen, or left behind in the Rental Property, but will use their best effort to remedy the situation. 13. No rowdy behavior is permitted. Guests must behave at all times, in a reasonable and proper manner and act in a way as to protect the Rental Property, its contents and furnishings against damage. Failure to do so could result in eviction. 14. No subletting of the Rental Property or assigning of this agreement is permitted. 15. Please note that we charge per guest after a set number. Please provide the entire group count in your reservation request. If an update to the group count is needed after confirming the reservation, the reservation cost may increase. 16. Guest must obtain approval prior to checking in early or check out late. If Guest enter the Rental Property before agreed upon Check In Time or leave the Rental Property after agreed upon Check Out Time, Guest will be charged $50/half hour. 17. Guest is responsible to learn and understand any mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19 before confirming a reservation. 18. Guest agrees to follow all local, state and federal level mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19. Violations that result in fines based on Guests' actions will be passed on to the Guest. 19. Guest agrees that they are 25 years of age or older. 20. If applicable, Guest may be responsible for loss of any parking passes/permits in amounts up to $400 per pass/permit. 21. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are not allowed unless explicitly approved by Owner/Manager. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged to the Guest and Guest will be evicted.
