When you enter the home a mud room greets you providing a convenient space to store your outdoor gear. Head up the stairs to the main living space which features a stylish living room and dining area in an open layout, perfect for kicking back and relaxing with your group. Gather for a meal at the 8-person dining table, or step out to the balcony and sit back and enjoy the forested surroundings. A fully equipped kitchen is tucked off the dining area where you will find a full range of appliances so you can prepare home-cooked meals with ease. When you are ready to tuck in for the night you will find the two bedrooms located on the lower level of the home, each with the added comfort of plush carpeting and TVs. The first bedroom is a well-decorated space with a king-size bed, an electric fireplace, a spacious closet, and a large window filling the space with natural light. The second bedroom is perfect for sharing with a double over queen bunk bed and an inflatable mattress in the closet. The room also features a large closet and a dresser offering ample storage space. A full bathroom is located near the bedrooms with a separate room featuring the toilet and bathtub/shower combo. QuickSilver Super Chair and Peak 9 Area Base is an easy walk away giving you unlimited access to skiing, hiking, and other fun mountain adventures during your vacation getaway. The home is situated in the lovely Warrior’s Mark neighborhood, known for its peaceful surroundings and being in close proximity to the attractions in downtown Breck. Whichever adventure you are after, this home is the perfect launching pad for year-round fun.
Enjoy convenience and accessibility from this lovely condo! Within walking distance to both ski lifts and the downtown area, the home is also across the street from a stop on the FREE Breckenridge shuttle line. Hop on the shuttle and quickly be connected to other routes that will take you all over Breckenridge and the surrounding areas. The free Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around the historic downtown, you can find parking downtown and use the free trolley to easily explore the area. Uber/Lyft are always available.
Guest will have access to the entire home and one parking spot in front of the building. Guest will also have access to a shared laundry facility located in the building and to the shared Columbine complex pool and hot tub.
Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C. The hot tub and pool are shared with the condo complex. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

We had a wonderful stay. The place was very comfortable and perfectly set up for a ski trip. The kitchen was fantastic — well equipped with everything we needed to cook meals, which made evenings after skiing really easy and enjoyable. We especially liked the layout of the condo, with the bedrooms located on the lower level. The location was also excellent. It’s an easy walk into town for restaurants and shops, and the ski bus stops right in front of the condo, making it incredibly convenient to get to the slopes. Communication with host company very easy. Overall, we loved staying here and would happily come back on our next trip to Breckenridge.
