In the kitchen, prepare home-cooked meals on the newer appliances before gathering with your group at the 6-person dining table. When you're ready to settle in for the night, the condo’s 2 bedrooms await you with chic decor and ample natural light. The first bedroom boasts a king bed, while the second bedroom is great for sharing with two queen-size beds. Both bedrooms include ample storage space with closets and dressers, as well as a TV and sliding glass doors that lead to individual balconies. Adding to the comfort of the home are the 3 full bathrooms with one of the bathrooms being an en-suite in the second bedroom, where you will also find a washer and dryer for any laundry needs. Guests can also enjoy a range of on-site amenities, including a fitness center, an indoor hot tub and sauna, and an outdoor seasonal pool. Additionally, a ski rental and gear shop is conveniently located on the ground floor of the building, perfect for anyone needing to rent or purchase ski gear. Please note that the locker rooms, hot tub, and pool will be temporarily closed from April 24th, 2026, through Memorial Day weekend for scheduled renovations.

Home to seasonal festivals, including the world-renowned Sundance Film Festival, Main Street is also filled with shops, galleries, restaurants, and breweries for you to enjoy.
Thanks to this home’s amazing locale, you can walk to many places in about five minutes, including the Park City Mountain Resort base, where you will find shops, restaurants, and year-round fun. Both City Park and the Gambel Oak Loop Trailhead are also within a few minutes’ walk. Additionally, this home is steps from the Park City Mountain stop of the FREE Park City Transit bus system, which connects you to multiple lines spanning all of Park City, allowing you to reach nearly anywhere free of charge, including the nearby Deer Valley Resort. Uber and Lyft are also available.
Guests will have access to the entire home and 1 covered parking place. Guests will also have access to shared on-site amenities that include a fitness center, indoor hot tub, sauna, and a seasonal outdoor pool.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. Please note that the hot tub will be closed starting April 17th and the pool on April 24th, both for renovations, with an expected reopening by Memorial Day.
