After a fun-filled day of shredding fresh powder on the slopes, unwind in this charming 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo situated on the expansive Park City Golf Course. Upon entrance to the condo, hang up your coats in the entryway with plenty of space for your gear. Relax on the leather sofa and lounge seating in the living room with high lofted ceilings, as you marvel at the natural light from the tall glass windows throughout this space. Unwind from your adventurous day, as you stream your favorite movie or show on the flat-screen TV. The indoor gas fireplace will keep you warm, as you snuggle up with cozy blankets next to your loved ones. The chef in your group will appreciate the spacious fully-equipped kitchen with high-quality stainless steel appliances and plenty of granite countertop space. You will have everything needed to prepare a delicious homemade meal for the family. Keep the cook company with the bar stool seating in the kitchen for up to 4. During winter, grab your ski gear and cross the road to the nearest lifts, ready to take on world-class ski runs. Recharge for the night in the master bedroom, on the main floor, that features a lovely king-size bed, ample closet space, a flat-screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with single vanity and a shower/tub combo. Additional guests can make their way to the upper level of the condo. The second bedroom, features two comfortable twin-size beds, each with its own twin-size trundle, a flat-screen TV, and a lovely view of the ski resort across the street. The third bedroom, on this floor, has two comfortable twin-size beds, a flat-screen TV, a spacious closet area, with a slanted ceiling perfect for your kiddos to share. There is a full bathroom, around the corner from both bedrooms, with single vanity and a shower/tub combo. From this lovely condo, the best ski runs in Park City are a stone's throw away, a true gateway to endless skiing options during your stay. Multiple routes are available on the FREE bus system with the Snowflower bus stop directly across the street from the condo and will take you to all of the main attractions and ski lifts in the area. The FREE Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around historic downtown. Uber/Lyft are always available.
Guest will have access to the entire home, private outdoor patio, and the community pool. You will also have access to 1 free parking spot in the underground parking garage.
Please note that, like most homes in Park City, this home does not have A/C. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. A Note on Shared Amenities: Please keep in mind that these spaces are operated by the HOA. Because of this, they are subject to seasonal availability—common seasonal closures may include April-May and Sept-Nov—and we can't be held responsible for unexpected closures or repairs. If you are booking specifically for a shared amenity, please feel free to reach out with any questions in advance!

The condo was great even if the snow at Park City didn't cooperate! The location is a quick walk to the PC mountain lifts. We had to make other skiing arrangements because PC closed the day we arrived, but this is a great location if the mountain would have been open. Still easy to get to and get in and out. Could look out at the mountain via the back door and patio. Plenty of room for all of us to spread out. Good shared space as well with games, puzzles, etc.. Beach towels were a plus since we used the hot tub! Clear instructions on everything. Also appreciated an easy check out.

Airbnb was clean and close to the lifts (5 mins before walk). Host were responsive. However, Park City itself is at the mercy of the warmer weather in recent years and snow is not guaranteed. If coming for a ski / snowboard trip, be sure to check cancellation policies and follow condition and weather reports closely.

This location is a skiers dream. 2 min walk to the lift and almost skiable to the back door. It is right on a bus line so made it really easy to get to Main Street. The host was very responsive and made us have an enjoyable trip.

Our stay was great! Perfect for our ski weekend at Park City with the lift right across the street. Very easy to get to the Main Street area with the bus stop right outside. The owner was very responsive when we had questions and the place was just as expected. Thank you!
