This bright 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom vaulted ceiling condo provides the perfect mountain home ambiance for an inviting retreat for your stay. With an unbeatable location mixed with an open layout providing plenty of space to accommodate a group of 5, this home makes for an ideal place to explore and unwind. The condo is located on the third floor of the complex. Opening the front door, you enter the front hallway, where you will find doors to bedroom suites on each side. On the left is a foyer to the master bedroom, called the 'Moose Suite', and first bath, where you will find everything you need for a peaceful night of rest. The bedroom boasts a king-size bed, sconce lighting, nightstands, and a built-in unit along the back wall with a dedicated office workspace, bookshelves, dresser drawers, and a TV/DVD. The bathroom features a double-sink vanity and, a separate area with toilet, steam shower, and washer/dryer unit for your use. While connected to the master bedroom, there is a door to close off the space for privacy, as this bathroom can be accessed as a shared space. Head back to the main hallway and enjoy the Colorado artwork as you take the few steps to the second bedroom suite on the left, called the 'Bear Suite'. As seen in the first bedroom/bathroom combo, you will again find a small foyer separating the two rooms for privacy. In the spacious second bedroom you will find a queen bed and a twin bed providing sleeping space for your comfort. This cozy room has a welcoming vibe from the sleigh-style bed frames to the well-placed nightstands/dresser, curtains, and TV/DVD. You will want to curl up for a nap after you enter this space. The 'Bear Suite' includes the roomy second bathroom, with a large single-sink vanity with ample storage space and a separate area for the toilet and shower/tub combo, thanks to the conveniently located sliding door. Continuing a few steps farther down the main hall, you will arrive at the great room, dining room, and kitchen in an open-space perfect for groups to gather together no matter where in the area they are. Take in the 15-foot vaulted ceilings of the living room as you relax on one of the three deep-seat sofas that surround the impressive stone-finished fireplace. Unwind for the night with a movie on the 55-inch Roku TV/DVD from the selection of 200 DVDs in the condo, or enjoy a game night with one of the games or puzzles provided for your enjoyment. Your group will love relaxing and catching up on the day in this area as you warm up by the beautiful fire enjoying the views all around, thanks to the large windows and glass patio doors in the space. Through the sliding glass doors is the private outdoor balcony, where you can enjoy the fresh mountain air. This space includes a natural gas grill, two patio chairs, and a small table so you can enjoy some dining alfresco or your morning cup of coffee. Back inside, you will find the intimate dining area with a table and seating for six and a wall of windows looking straight out into the trees. The dining table serves as a convenient bridge between the living room and kitchen and is ideal for games, puzzles, snacks, and meals, making it easy to take part in the fun from either space. In the kitchen, you will find seating for three more in the kitchen bar, so your entire group can spread out in this space. From the condo, you can easily walk to all the main attractions in the area - downtown Breck is within a 10-minute walk from this charming condo. Snowflake lift is only 0.3 miles away and will take you to your favorite ski resorts and the best ski runs in all of Breckenridge. The Breck Free Ride bus is a convenient option with the Pine Ridge bus stop on the Gray Route only a short 3-minute walk from the condo. The Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around historic downtown. Uber/Lyft are always available.
Guests will have access to the entire home, including free parking with a parking pass for two vehicles directly in front of the building. Guests can also enjoy the shared community hot tub with a capacity of 8 and the Upper Village Community swimming pool less than a block away.
Please note: This condo is located on the third floor and has 25 steps to reach the front door. Like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C, but does have ceiling fans & box fans. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. Pool and hot tub closed for Spring Cleaning! The closures are as follows: Closed: April 15, 2024 Open: May 24, 2024 Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. Please note, the indoor/outdoor pool, two outdoor hot tubs, and indoor hot tub operate seasonally on 4 O'Clock Road. They open with the ski area on the 2nd Friday in November and close in September.
1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the Rental Property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged to guests if smoking inside Rental Property occurs or evidence is found of smoking inside. 2. People other than included in the Guest Count may not stay in the property. Any other person on Rental Property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. Quiet Hours are 10pm – 8am. Excessive noise inside these hours are not permitted and will result in eviction and cancellation with no refund. 4. Rental Property is privately owned; Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the Rental Property or its facilities. The Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest and Rental Party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that Guests and Rental Party are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the Rental Property or others whom they invite to use the Rental Property. 5. Guest agrees to keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses. 6. Pets are not allowed. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged and Guest will be evicted. 7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property unless used for amenities outside the property such as shared hot tub and pool areas. Please return the linens in the Property after use. 8. Water and Septic: The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you will be charged for any damages incurred by Property Manager or Owner. 9. Renter(s) are responsible for themselves, their family and guests at all times. Children should be supervised at all times. 10. If Rental Party exceeds the maximum occupancy Guest will be asked to leave the Rental Property with no refunds. Infants under 2 years are not counted. 11. At least one parent or adult must be present at all times when children under the age of 16 are in the Rental Property or using any of outdoor facilities such as Hot Tub. 12. Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for money, jewelry, or other valuables lost, stolen, or left behind in the Rental Property, but will use their best effort to remedy the situation. 13. No rowdy behavior is permitted. Guests must behave at all times, in a reasonable and proper manner and act in a way as to protect the Rental Property, its contents and furnishings against damage. Failure to do so could result in eviction. 14. No subletting of the Rental Property or assigning of this agreement is permitted. 15. Please note that we charge per guest after a set number. Please provide the entire group count in your reservation request. If an update to the group count is needed after confirming the reservation, the reservation cost may increase. 16. Guest must obtain approval prior to checking in early or check out late. If Guest enter the Rental Property before agreed upon Check In Time or leave the Rental Property after agreed upon Check Out Time, Guest will be charged $50/half hour. 17. Guest is responsible to learn and understand any mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19 before confirming a reservation. 18. Guest agrees to follow all local, state and federal level mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19. Violations that result in fines based on Guests' actions will be passed on to the Guest. 19. Guest agrees that they are 25 years of age or older. 20. If applicable, Guest may be responsible for loss of any parking passes/permits in amounts up to $400 per pass/permit. 21. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are not allowed unless explicitly approved by Owner/Manager. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged to the Guest and Guest will be evicted.
