After a fun-filled day of endless mountain adventures, guests will appreciate the rustic feel of this condo that will accommodate up to 2 guests. Relax in the comfortable sofa while snuggling up with warm blankets, as you unwind for the night with a cup of hot cocoa. Watch your favorite movie or show on the flat-screen TV from either the living room or the kitchen. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need during your stay and is available for guests to cook a delicious homemade meal. Enjoy your dinner on the kitchen bar with seating for 2, as you reminisce on the exciting adventures during your day out. The bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, a TV with a cable package, ample storage space for your clothes, and a full bathroom around the corner with a beautifully designed walk-in steam shower. A laundry room with a washer and dryer combo is available near the front door entrance next to the kitchen. This condo is conveniently located within walking distance to ski shops, cafés, restaurants, and grocery stores. Park City Main Street Historic District is a short 15-minute free bus ride with 7-11-Park Ave and Fresh Market/DoubleTree Hotel bus stop on multiple routes only a 6-minute walk from the condo. Park City Mountain Resort base, located within 0.5 mile from the entrance of the condo, will bring you to the best ski runs in Park City. Uber/Lyft are always available.
Guest will have access to the entire home and a free designated parking spot in the lot outside of the building.
Please note that, like most homes in Park City, this home does not have A/C. Please note that this is a garden-level unit. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

Great one bedroom condo. Could walk to Park City base and very close to bus for Deer Valley. Had heated bath floor, boot and glove dryer, washer and drier. Only issue was it took awhile to make full pot of coffee. Just plan ahead:)

I had a very good stay in the unit managed by LocalVR Park City. The unit was as described and pictured in the listing, and LocalVR Park City was proactive in sending property information ahead of time. Check-in instructions were clear too; I had no issues accessing the unit after the designated check-in time. I had stayed in the same complex previously so I knew that the unit was very close to the local Fresh Market grocery store and a Walgreens, and it was a perfect location for attending Sundance screenings. Would look at staying here again if I return to Park City in the future.
